Items are exactly as described... even prettier in person... items arrived quickly and packaged well... very happy!

I am very pleased with my purchase. It is a Christmas present for my granddaughter.

I received a different item than what was ordered. Packing slip showed the correct item ordered, but I received a totally different item. Now I am waiting on a response from their customer service on how to get what I actually ordered. I hope they follow-up soon.

All the products are even cuter in person and great quality. Was amazed at how quick they arrived. Definitely recommend Levtex Baby!

The original delivery date for my order was supposed to be today, Wednesday the 30th, but I noticed the package was never given to the shipping company UNTIL this morning. Now it won't be here until some time next week. Not great with timing.

I ordered new bedding for my daughters room, and then ordered matching decor, only a day layer to find out even though it was listed and let me purchase on the site, it was not available

My daughter is due soon and one thing on her registry was the Levtex baby Fiona hamper. It was not available where she was registered. I could have purchased it from Amazon but delivery date was uncertain. I opted to order from the manufacturer. I was very pleased with the ease in ordering, the price, and efficiency on delivery. And I found a really cute baby Fiona mat for tummy time!

I am very concerned that I cannot find any info on the safety standards of the materials used in their products. I would like to know if they meet safety standards on chemical content before ordering anything. They are cute, but it is not worth my child's health for cute... I want to ensure that the materials used are safe. Do their products carry the Oeko-Tex label?

I placed an order for two separate bedding sets for my future twin girls. A few days later I randomly got a email that it was cancelled and my money will be returned. Turns out they no longer have the product even though it was still on the website.
