No customer service

I placed an order for 3 parts to repair our 1993 Sentinel Riding Lawn Mower (now owned by Murray). When I placed the order, their website indicated the parts were available in stock. Over a week later, I emailed and called twice (having to leave a voice mail message as the phone was not answered) trying to get a status update on the order as the parts had not been received and I had not received any order status updates. Still have not received a response from the company. I can't call this bad customer service as there has been no customer service.

I bought a part about a month ago and have been patiently waiting for delivery. Called to follow up and of course couldn't get an answer. Left voicemail. I was able to look up the order on their website and found out that they sold me the part but they didn't have any to sell.? Was this a scam to get my credit card info? I needed that part and didn't need the head games. They could have at least notified me so I wouldn't have wasted my time. Now I need to go back and find out it if they refunded my money.

My mistake was ordering before I looked at reviews. This was my 1st and last experience. Ordered parts that showed to be in stock. After a week website still showed order received, nothing else. After a few phone attempts and an email, I get a response on message on website that all 5 items are backordered. Several attempts to cancel order by phone, no response. I cancelled on website. Still with no response or update. I looked up 1 of the parts again on the website to see what it said now. It does show backorder, and it does show double the price from when I ordered. Read the reviews, this is a bad place to deal with.

Ordered a belt over 2 weeks ago, called after the first week for a status & left a message, no response then the status showed up as "Order completed" with a tracking number, only problem is the tracking states the carrier can't give a delivery date until the item is turned over to the carrier for pick up. Will never do any kind of business with this company.

Online Scam

H and H Lawncare Equipment doing business as Lawnmowerpros is a scam. Attempted to order parts from website. A screen popped up - error, try again. Completed order screen again. Same error message - urging try again. Did it two more times - each time, got error message stating transaction not completed. This was false. Got e-mail warning from bank cautioning of suspected fraudulent activity on my account. Turns out ALL four attempts had actually been processed by Lawnmowerpros. Never received a receipt. Never received a response to e-mails. No one answered telephone. Instructed bank to reverse ALL charges. Notable that never heard from Lawnmowerspros. Strongly urge this "business" be avoided like poison ivy.

Ordered four (4) blades for my lawn edger. No response for almost a month, but then the USPS delivered a box from them. I thought the box was light, and when I opened it, nothing inside but a packing list. No product. Box was sealed on all sides, so nothing fell out. EMailed them twice from their website, no response. Sent a fax with a picture, again no response. Called and got an answering machine, no reply and they never called back. Finally gave up and disputed the credit card charge with my CC issuer. That is in progress - haven't had a permanent credit yet.

Obtained a blade locally, and noted that it was too large to fit into the empty box I received. Picture below shows that there is no way 4 blades could have been sandwiched in this box, even if they had no plastic wrap.

Poor service, dishonest, no response, will NEVER do business with them again.

Unresponsive company

It took over a month to get most of the parts we ordered. My husband tried emails then he called. Finally the order arrived. We got 3 out 4 of the items we ordered. There was even a notation written on the order that said " no longer available ", but we were still charged. We tried emails and a call to remove the charge to no avail. Finally I contacted my Credit card company.

Awful, totally unresponsive service

Ordered a part during weekend for chain saw but then realized I had a typo in the shipping address. Started calling Monday morning. Always answering machine, no call back. Left at least 5 messages, called at least another 5 times without leaving message. No response to the on line contact attempt. No idea if part will ever ship and if address will be corrected. In meantime I cannot use chainsaw. Now almost a week since ordered part. Maybe they are closed for a summer holiday, but another customer had exact same problem in March. Never again. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering, but part was hard to find on line.

Ordered a part 4 days ago, no confirmation email. Waited 2 days, called, got answering machine, no call back by them. Called again today, same routine, got an answering machine. This does not seem like they care at all, or it's just one person trying to do this. Terrible. Will never bother with them again.

Being ignored

Contacted this outfit for a lawn mower gas cap. They got back by telling me to reference a given work order number. I referenced the given work order twice and never got a response back.
