Purchase mother of the bride dress back in October, 2021. Quality extremely poor, missing several accessories beads on the gown. Wrong color, and after several photos, and emails back and forth. As, for my refund they offered me $17.29. So I had to tell them where they can shove it. So, please buyer beware. Not worth the headache.

Quality of the dress order really poor quality, the accessory of the dress nothing of what it was offered in the picture on the web page, the dress is nothing of what it was offered and totally different. Return policy even though the dress is not what you pay for they will not receive it back.
I will never use this company again, is a waste of money.

I bought two dresses from them. Colors look different from product shown. They were way too big, they had me actually take pictures with the dress on before they would okay return. Did that! Then they wanted me too send my measurements did that! My measurements were just a few inches smaller than what they posted on website. They then said that I ordered the wrong size and could not let me return for refund. They measurements difference they gave was false. So, I am stuck with them. Don't ever order from them if you expect to return something if not satisfied. Never ever ordering from them again. Plus, dresses don't look like website.

I heard back from a Teddy stating that because it was custom made I could not have a refund and to take it to a dressmaker to fix. They would give me 18.99 USD back.
They asked me to show photos which I did, then they only commented on one of the photos making sure that I clearly knew it was an on shoulder dress not off shoulder. The dress is way too short and way to big at the breast area and shoulders. I told them why do they have the option of custom sizing. It's sad because they took over $500 AUD from me. It's not fair to be ripped off when you do the right thing. You can't get any legal advice because they are over seas and they don't offer PayPal. If I had of used that I may have got some money back. I don't understand why they can't be shut down. I'm devastated completely especially during COVID, who has that kind of money to waste. Complete thieves.

I bought a flower girl dress from this website and it was a waste of money. In the picture it looks fluffy and in person it looked like a robe and you can't do anything to fluff it. I am so disappointed. Worst customer service because they don't reply or assist you to correct customer service. I would rather shop at aliexpress before buying from them again. Please take my word and don't do it!

I liked the dress itself. However, ordering rush shipping and custom size was a mistake. It took them a week to even process the order, and I received my dress a month later than I was expecting with paying for rush shipping. The company ignored all of my requests to have my rush shipping returned since they did not meet the time it was supposed to ship in.

I was also measured by two professional tailors to give correct measurements when ordering a custom size, but they did not listen to my measurements. It took them a week to process the order because they weren't believing my sizes. Finally I emailed them multiple pictures of my body with a tape measure around different parts confirming my size. But when I got the dress, it was way too big. I had to bring it into a tailor to have it tailored which cost me double what the dress itself did. The tailor had to take out 3" inches from the torso and several inches from the sleeves, that is how much larger they made it. Lauren Bridal agreed to pay part of the tailoring because I confirmed with them that they made the dress much larger than the measurements I gave them. But in the end because the tailoring fees were so expensive, they only returned $18 out of the $350 of the tailoring and suggested instead that I just have them "remove the sleeves" instead because it was too expensive for them to pay to fix it. I ordered a dress with sleeves because I was getting married in winter, and I have a birthmark that is on my arm that I wanted to cover up, so "removing the sleeves" was not a viable option for me as I specifically wanted a dress with sleeves and that was one of the reasons I bought this dress. In the end, I liked the dress, but be careful if you need the dress by a certain time, and even more careful with ordering a custom size.

The Star Rating needs to be a ZERO! This company is a scam and will not exchange or refund your money for any reason. They advertise traditional American sizes but the measurements are completely inaccurate. If I had ordered a dress by their measurements I would have had to order a size 16, when I wear a size 8-10 in Mother of the Bride dresses. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, we aren't allowed to try on dresses, so as consumers we are forced to order online! I've learned the hard way, and I hope that this will scare people off from having the same experience. Should have known that this was a Hong Kong business before I ordered, but I was desperate and the dress was exactly what I was looking for. Shame on them for scamming their customers!

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from this company. I was willing to accept the return policy based on having a custom dress made but they made the dress in the wrong color, they made it in Silver instead of Dark Navy. Really! Now I am getting the run around like in other reviews I am now reading. I know that I will never get any satisfaction other than writing bad reviews. So there you have it. STAY away from this company. There are too many other places to purchase dresses to have to settle for cracker box outfit.

I should have read other reviews. I learned a huge lesson! I will NEVER shop here again... EVER! I ordered a MOG dress, sent in my measurements. Received the dress and it did not fit at all. I contacted the company immediately. They are not a U.S. company - they only respond in the middle of the night. They will not exchange or refund... period! After several days of sending pictures and explaining the size difference they offered a refund of $11. That's all they could afford to give me! My dress was 5" too small in the hips! Plus the color and style were not exactly as pictured. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT BUY from any Lauren Bridal site! Horrible experience!

They sent me the wrong color dress. I tried for over a month emailing back and forth with no resolve. Her first thing was to have someone take pictures of me in a different light wearing the dress. Well no matter what lighting I'm in, pink is far from gray! I just wanted to send dress back and get a refund. She offered me 20 dollars for a 200 dollar dress! Absolutely ridiculous! I will post my unsatisfied experience as many places as possible to warn people not to use them!

I bought this dress for my brother's wedding to be the maid of honor. Once the dress was shipped to Canada I tried it on and the bride hated it. Tags still attached and never worn except for the singular try on I asked if I could return the dress for a refund of a different dress. I was emailed back an answer that literally baffled me. Supposedly the dress was created to be custom fit to my exact size so it couldnt be returned. Which makes no sense as I chose a size 4 from a drop-down menu. I asked if I could get a refund and they said since the dress was "custom fit" even though im in Canada and no one took my measurements they could instead give me a 5 dollar USD refund... 5 dollar refund for a dress that I paid 300 dollars Canadian for... such a slap in the face. I will not be ordering from this website ever again and I warn anyone who is going to try. Make sure you really like the dress you ordered because you won't be getting a refund or a different dress. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Oh and on top of all that FedEx sent me a duty bill because they didn't pay for that either. Just icing on the cake for an overall terrible experience. Would not recommend at all. Choose another dress website.

The bride's maid dress I ordered was not at all what I received.
I did a search for blue dresses. The dress I ordered was blue ombre in the picture. There was no colour description on the dress and no place to choose colour. Then it arrived it was black ombre.
The dress size said bust was 106 cm. I am 102cm and it was 10 cm too small.
The company refused to refund my money. They offered me a $5.00 coupon for my next purchase on a $109.00 dress instead.

I needed a nice "mother of the bride" dress or pant suit for my daughter's wedding. I read all the fine print. Such as returns only if the dress is made incorrectly etc. If the color is wrong well that is your problem, not theirs. Pretty much that the only way to get a refund was if the garment was made wrong. I looked at the size chart, I remeasured myself and then ordered the appropriate size according to their size chart. Shipping is outrageous. I had to pay approximately 35 dollars for regular shipping! OK, I can handle all that. The outfit arrived and I tried it on. The pants were HUGE! They have a zipper and I did not even need to unzip! They swallowed me up. I contacted laurenbridal, and sent pix of me wearing outfit. Not good enough. Layout outfit and measure and take photo of tape measure. I did that. Not good enough. Now put the outfit on and measure, take a picture. This requires another person to help, AWKWARD. So I did that. STILL NOT GOOD ENOUGH. "Let me contact the dress maker". Just any excuse not to stand behind their product. I am told that the outfit is "supposed to be big". Please! I didn't even have to unzip to put on and they were falling down from my waist. I have $185 in an outfit I can not use and they will not refund. It's not like I ordered the wrong size. The pants were 8 inches bigger than size chart said. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
