I ordered a laptop battery (the CLEVO C4500BAT-6) for my system 76 Gazp7 through laptop-batteries.com.au, I was super impressed with the service and prompt delivery. I had no problems with the battery - it fit right in and the battery performance is as expected! Would definitely buy from these guys again!
For someone that isn't overly computer savy their web site is easy to use to ensure you get the correct replacement parts.

Purchased a Sony Vaio Duo battery. There was a delay in the delivery, but the customer service was quick to inform me about the issue. Ordered new battery for HP laptop, arrived promptly, and matched the laptop. Was sceptical of getting correct battery, but proved wrong, very impressed with the end result, and battery has given laptop a new lease of life.

The idea of purchasing online from Australia for an item from Hong Kong worried me due to potential for language issues and fears on whether I could lose money though some scam from a company I did not know. However I was able to chat (text) online with someone from company in English which partly alleviated fears. I did some online searches to alleviate most of my fears.
The payment was done through Pay Pal (eliminates most risk) and the parcel was delivered ahead of time which got my laptop functional/powered up and working again quickly.
