Bought 2 pairs of Tactical Pants. They came untailored, felt super cheap, and did not meet the description of the item. Because of this, I initiated a return, which also charged me $10 of my money deducted from the return amount. Which to me is fine, but here's the problem.
1 week of shipping the return and 2 weeks them
"process the product for a refund". | contacted customer service for the amount of time it took of them holding my money to only them saying and repeating the same thing about a 2 week processing time (which is bs). So here I am 3 weeks into this whole lie and terrible service, waiting for my refund which I will most likely never get because LAPG sucks at communication and overall is giving me red flags and throws signs of a possible scamming tactic on customers
I recommend to never buy from them, and to either buy from Amazon, or BRANDS THAT SELL ON THEIR WEBSITE. LAPG charges too much fees, their service is a mess, and they overall suck at keeping customers. Not to mention, quality felt very Chinese made. I 100% bet those pants would have never lasted in a LEO field or EMS field without tearing or giving the person wearing the pants problems.
Better off buying from wish or Alibaba if you want a better pair of pants.
I also would like to mention. After this post, I would bet, I'm never going to get a refund on these pants
