Bought a jacket for my son before X-mas. Came with a broken zipper. They responded once saying it was a busy holiday season and they would get back to me, and now they wont respond at all.
I ordered from Lance Tactical twice. On the first occasion, I received the product I ordered with no problem, although it took far longer than originally quoted. It's a nice jacket. This is the reason the review is 2 stars rather than 1 star.
On the second occasion, I was sent the wrong item in the wrong size and appear to be stuck with it, as I cannot get a response from customer service. I describe the negative experience below, which I warned Lance Tactical I would do if I did not receive a response by January 10,2020 (over a month after my original order).
On approx. December 2,2019, I ordered an extra-small sized Covert Element jacket from Lance Tactical. On approx. December 15, I received a medium-sized CliffRise jacket. Unexpectedly, this package came from China.
On December 16, I emailed Lance Tactical asking them to send me a prepaid shipping label so I could return the jacket for either a refund or an exchange. I received an automated message assigning me a ticket number and promising a response within 3-5 business days. I received no response, so I emailed again on December 22, 26, 30, and 31,2019, and on January 6,2020. I still have received not response.
Lance Tactical's lack of response comes despite their stated return policy. Given that I purchased this product partially in reliance on that return policy, this seems to be a deceptive and unfair business practice.
Also, Lance Tactical has been having a "Closing Down Sale" since late October 2019, when I first came across their website. However, they remain in business today (Janary 20,2020). This appears to be another deceptive and unfair business practice.
I will also be disputing the charge for the jacket with my credit card company. I am considering alerting the Federal Trade Commission because, judging by the reviews on this and other sites, my experience with Lance Tactical is not unique.
I did order 3 items and while having to wait for 2 months it did arrive. The problem was sizes was all over the place s I had to return or replace 2 items to a different size. Multiple emails and what seems to be a fake NY Brooklyn phone number via Amex later and NOTHING. Luckily I have Amex that took it on but in summary DO NOT use Lance Tactical. Seems to be a Hong Kong based company with non-existing US presence.
I ordered two coats in November and I'm still waiting for them tried reaching out and they sent a BULL$#*! MESSAGE THAT THEY DON'T REPLY TO. I'M $#*!N PISSED asked for my money back and got no response. I WANT MY $#*!N MONEY BACK!
I ordered 2 items I receive 6 weeks later poor quality and one of the items are the wrong color fast foward 3 more weeks and I've had money transferred out of my accountalmost $600 I don't know if it's lancetactical but watch your accounts
If I could give this company zero stars I would! I ordered a number of items from them, it took over a month to deliver and when I tried the items on they did not fit (despite me taking measurements and matching those measurements to their alleged size chart). When I enquired about exchanging them for the next size up I was completely ignored. I've written about 4 or 5 emails to their customer support since trying to get information about how to exchange the items and it's been months now with no response despite the guarantee that they will response within 24 hours. I guess this is why they refuse to post a phone number for customer support inquiries. Absolutely the worst customer support I've ever experienced!
After I ordered and realized there was no phone number to call for customer service I freaked out and thought I got scammed. Then I read all these horrible comments and expected to never see my order or to get the wrong thing if it did come. Here I am 2 weeks post ordering with the exact product I ordered in hand just in time for Christmas!
Ordered a jacket, got it a month later, doesn't fit or look the way it did in the ad. Have emailed support 4 times in the past two weeks with zero response, but get automatic emails with deals at least once a day. They don't have a phone number and all I want to do is return this jacket. I've never run into an issue like this and I shop online all the time. Now I'm super bummed. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Lance Tactical is a joke.
Ordered a large jacket and the shoulders were an inch smaller and the arms were 2 inches shorter than listed. Can't return product because no phone number and they do not answer emails but to auto reply they will get back to you in 2-3 business days and never do.
Purchased a Desert Fox Commanders Jacket
Onyx Sand from lancetactical thinking it's an American company so they should have decent stuff. Little did I know that they charge you in USD currency but ship directly from China. Took over a month and I finally got my jacket to find out that it's not as nice as they have them displayed on there web site. Second of all the main zipper to zip up the jacket is already broken and so I cant zip up my jacket. I emailed the company 5 days ago and no response. Honestly this is my last online shopping for any kind of clothing due to returns and trying to contact company's to get your refunds.
It's been 5 weeks since I've ordered from them, and 5 emails have been sent. No response to any emails, and no package. There doesn't seem to be any other way of communicating with them either. :(
I bought a jacket on 20th of October, it's 16th of December now. This is pathetic. I have written 3 emails and received nothing back yet. Can anyone help with the legal advise on how can I get my money back? Cause I lost all hope in getting the thing. If anyone can help me, contact me *******@gmail.com

I bought a $79 Jacket from them 6 weeks ago. Tracking my package and it still Says it In CHINA! No response from customer service after several attempts! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Bad materials, bad shape (I ordered a XXL and it fit like a L size), bad work, very thin and uncomfortable. This is 100% chinese product (a replica indeed) and not the original product named Desert Fox Commander Coat Black (I know, it looks good on the picture). Actually, the package was so small I thought it was a sweater i ordereda couple days befor. You wouldn't wear it in Netherlands during October. Save your money and get a REAL coat

Ordered a jacket, received it after 20 days, wrong color. I attempted to get the return process started 3 times but no response just the same automated message about a representative contacting me within 48-72 hours but no one did. I already started a credit card dispute. The item itself was not bad quality but it was the wrong color. Whatever you buy you will be stuck with so do not expect any contact or returns. I will try to get my money back with assistance from my bank. I would STAY AWAY from this company.
Asked to start a return process. Got a response that a ticket was created, but then they stopped responding. I'm worried I will never get my money back. Shady company
I ordered an item at the end of November, and granted it is only the second week of December I have not had any responses from them with shipping information as promised. I purchased this as a Christmas gift and am very worried it will not get here. I am only responded to them by an automated general response about how they will bet back to me in 48-72 hours, which have passed with both emails I've sent. The lack of communication is super sketchy and I am not happy about this.
Like many others who offered recent reviews, I wasn't sure whether to trust Lancetactical due to the TOTAL lack of response to my status update requests sent about two weeks ago. My order was processed Nov. 13/19 and the delivery was made Dec. 4/19. Having received it now, I'm VERY happy with the quality of the coat I purchased. So they get a 4/5 because the only thing lacking was their communication.
It's been over a month since I placed an order. I have continued to email customer service, they haven't provide me with any info or updates. They just continue to respond with a generic automated email.
Answer: Absolutely a SCAM. Do not give them your money. Waste of time.
Answer: Impossible. I have been trying for over a month and have yet to receive a response.
Answer: The false prices (i didn't know it at first) during black friday.
