So good!

I ordered the Kylie X Balmain high gloss, and i received my order in 5 days! My package came in the cutest pink box with a little note from Kylie. The gloss is so pretty and smells really good. Gloss is very smooth on the lips. I love this product and I will definitely be buying more soon!

Worst customer service
October 26, 2019

I placed and order on the 30th of August, until today ( 26th of October) i have not received my order. They claim up to 28 days worldwide shipping, no small letters no nothing. However they don't have agreements and health and safety guarantees in place with EU countries and as a result the customs offices around Europe do not allow delivery unless they medically test the products! I wrote several times to their customer service but they completely ignored me. The only reply I got from them every time I was emailing them is that I should contact my local post office. Not a apology, not a good gesture not even signing the email by a person's name, nothing! Like we are talking to robots. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and not at all customer service. I will never ever buy kylie cosmetics products again and I will make sure I will review on every site possible about the worst customer experience I've ever experienced.

I absolutely love the coconut body collection! I had a problem with one package that never arrived via FedEx, but her customer service department was prompt and reshipped my missing products, free of charge. I can't wait to see what's next. Great quality products!

I bought a coconut liner. Right off the bat, went to sharpen and the whole inside color fell out of pencil. I contacted customer service. They ask for receipt and last four digits of my credit card. I sent them that. Then they come back and want the letter on receipt with initial in it, i sent that, then they wanted picture of pencil. I through it away, so therefore i could not get a replacement. Keep receipts, take pictures of receipts, keep broken pencils, etc. No wonder she is a millionaire, look at all the people that are cheated. Also, hardly any product in lip kits, glosses, etc. Done with this crap! Kylie would not want to be treated the way her customers are. She should do something and FAST!

Charged my card on 7/19/19. I sent an email to check on status of order because I haven't gotten an email confirmation yet, even though they charged my card, and they are saying there is no order under my name! Customer service sucks. I hope that if I EVER get my order, it is worth it.

It took nearly a week from the day I purchased one (1) item to be notified of even having a shipping label created. It's been almost 3 days and the tracking number still indicates that the product is STILL in California. I cannot even comment on the quality of the product and whether or not it's worth the wait, but I will say if you venture to try KC, purchase in-store. I'm in the US and have never had this issue with any other e-commerce brand (most of which were also US-based). Shipping price was also outrageous, considering I bought 1 lipstick. I managed to snag it on sale for $13 and shipping still turned out to be $9. I now understand why people have complained about this brand for years and avoid it like the plague. Buyer beware.

Disappointed

I ordered a lip kit from the website when they had their annual buy one get one free lip kit sale going on. When I checked out, I realized I did not have the free lip kit in my cart or receipt. Come to find out, you can't make returns either. So right away I emailed customer service. They got back to me in a timely manner but said that I would not receive a free one because they can not add it to a cart that I already paid for... this confuses me because I sent them a picture of my receipt that showed I bought it on the day of the sale. I continued to email them back saying that I'm a loyal customer to Kylie cosmetics and that I hope that they can make something work me. They replied back an hour later saying that they could not help me. Very poor customer service. Will never purchase from Kylie again. Great products but due to lack of customer service after purchasing many items from her, I will never again buy.

I got a few brushes from Kylie when my friend recommended them to me, and then i ordered some more palettes and powders and I fell in love with them. Would totes recommend it to everyone out there! Just try them, you'll see.

Don't trust shipping

Expect to be charged twice for shipping plus VAT to the UK along with what you paid at the checkout making one lip kit about £55 not the approx £40 at the checkout. Reasonable quality seen better and worse

Mixed Feelings

I have very mixed feelings for this website. First of all, if you want genuinely great quality makeup with cute packaging then I highly reccommend it, because the products themselves I love. The customer service, shipping, etc i'm not the biggest fan of. As far as cost of items, some of them are quite expensive but most of the time you're getting what you pay for. The scary part is when you checkout and the amount is already crazy and then you get a notification for how much it charged your card and it's alot more! I know it's because of the exchange rate (being in Canada) and that's perfectly fine but just be aware of that before you go into a panic like I did the first time lol, and shipping takes weeks! What caused me to write this review in general is what just recently happened to me when I ordered some of the new holiday collection. I got on there the second it launched and purchased almost $200 of product. I texted my mom right away and told her I got stuff and she told me that she ordered me the bundle for Christmas. So obviously I felt horrible and straight away emailed the customer service telling them what happened and if I could please cancel my order. They got back to me right away and asked for my order number so I sent it to them. I then spent the rest of the day checking my email every 5 minutes waiting to see if they could do it. After about 4 hours they got back to me and said that it was already in the packing process (bs) and there was nothing they could do. So basically, beware that you can not at all cancel an order once it is placed even if you contact them directly after. I'm upset about it because I know that they probably could have, and i'll still order from them because the makeup is great, but I won't at Christmas time and any other time I will really make sure it's what I want before I click checkout

Just horrible

It took so long to receive! Amd when it finally arrives, the shades were completely off then what i ordered. And my glasses bristles were damaged. I tried to fix them with washing but it only fixed it partially so i had to purchase a separate brush from another cosmetic retailer... long story short. I was so fed up, i gave them away.

DO NOT think that simply because a certain shade or a particular lip gloss color makes the princess Kylie look great it will work on just anyone. Pick very carefully.

My girlfriend can't shut up about the lipstick from Kylie. Personally I don't know why it's all that. Shipping and handling is on point regardless. Price point OK as well.

Truly horrible customer service. Even to customers who have made half a dozen purchases. When something goes wrong (they sent lipsticks that are misproductions) they expect the customer to PAY for return shipping when the mistake is theirs. I have no problem returning, but I have a HUGE problem paying to return something that should have been pristine!

Horrible experience!

I am from Dubai, UAE. I ordered from their site and after a week they informed that they shipped the products. Its been a month since then and i have been regularly trying to follow up with them, as the package is still in London for some reason. Since i am an internatioanal customer i cannot contact usps, regarding the shipping and only they can help me out. Unfortunately they have not even tried once to sort it out. My package is lost and there is no refund either. Their customer service is the worst. Please don't order from them.
