Bought after seeing on Instagram. Sizes are way smaller than indicated. Quality is awful. Gave me a complete runaround on return. Offered to refund only 25% of my purchase. Stay away! Once you buy something, you are stuck with it!
I would not recommend buying from them. I had the most horrible customer service experience. They sell clothes as "cotton blend" but they are purely synthetic and don't even disclose the material composition. I have had a series of emails with them, but they simply refuse to address the issue and initiate the return. Mind you all this time and effort to explain why I'm returning something when they say they take returns. They infact said that its not worth the money to take this return (3 tops worth over 60 bucks!) I actually doubt if their custmer service even understands English.
Cheaply made and poor fitting. Sizes are about three times smaller than should be. Giving me the run around on returns. Obviously a fraud. Lesson learned. Never buying anything on Facebook again. Too bad they scammed me out of $70. BEWARE.
I recently ordered 8 dresses from Koan Daily for the first time. They arrived and I was severely disappointed with the bad quality of the fit, fabric and styles.
Not only that, the dress which was the ONLY reason I had placed the order in the beginning was not in my parcel - yet I had been charged.
Through several attempts with Customer Service (who conveniently appeared not to understand English too well) I tried to point out the mistake and sent through proof of the order - proof of confirmation.
Yet, customer service, carries on denying all knowledge.
There are better websites out there where the orders are handled more efficiently, effectively and timeously - I would caution EVERYONE from using this platform to buy clothes as they do not correct mistakes.
I will clearly lose my money on the dress not included.

I was very skeptical at first to shop from this company, but I took a chance and am sure glad I did. I am a plus size and it is often difficult to get clothes that fit when you buy online. Each item I bought was perfect, flattering and just great quality... also fabulous price point. I was also quite shocked at how quickly I received the item, as I live in Canada. Not sure where the negative reviews are from, but my experience was flawless. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... responded back to your email quite quickly. I am your new loyal customer and look forward to many more purchases.
I placed an order for a nice dress on this website about two weeks ago, I just received it, and the quality of the clothes is excellent (considering the price, of course). I will certainly repeat
I love this website and use it all the time. Super cheap and affordable and the shipping isn't terrible. I often use this page when I need something, but it is too expensive elsewhere. I highly recommend because it is very easy to find fashionable clothes but much cheaper than the normal price.
