So far so ok
The onboarding and install could have gone a bit smoother but now that its configured and installed it seems to be fairly user friendly.

Very customer friendly card reader. Customer support has gotten a lot better.
Terrible customer service and onboarding
This company is absoultly horrible to get a hold of for anything. I like the product for my vending machine but would not buy anymore just because of how long it takes to get a hold of them to do anything.
Not made for Carwash
These terminals are NOT made for carwash. They fill up with water, not good in the environment with chemicals.

We have these on all our bays and have seen an increase of sales. Great product with many options, but the onboarding and setup can be tricky to learn.
Wow
Probably the worst customer service, product support, set up and on boarding process I have ever experienced for any product in my entire life. So bad we’re just considering throwing them in the garbage and replacing them with almost anything else.

Have had great experience with NAYAX. Use them in all my self serve bays and on my automatics. Would like to put them on my vacs eventually. They are not great in sunlight as was said, but they work well.
