We were getting slimed to but since we installed two...
We were getting slimed to but since we installed two aerators and added a tray to put one tab of pool chlorine in it solved the problem. No more slime and all of the filters and screens stay much cleaner for a longer period.

Has worked well, but lately white vehicles especially Ford PU this pre-wash leaves a purple drip stain on plastic front end and rear bumper white plastic. Has to be removed with rubbing alcohol. Anybody else had problems like this?

This is by far the worst product that Kleen-Rite sells. I cant believe they havent stopped selling or at least re formulated this pre-soak. No matter what, it turns into a mucus like slime and will clog up your foot valves, solenoid blocks, hydrominder tips and screens in your tank. All their other super concentrates are great, but avoid the pre-soak at all costs. Its smells great, and thats pretty much the only redeeming value.

I have the same problem with purple passion; the slime...
I have the same problem with purple passion; the slime clogs up everything. It works ok for me during the winter but definitely a problem in warm weather. The presentation is good but not worth the hassle of cleaning out strainers, buckets, etc. I'm switching to a different brand.
