LED 7, extra for backup
Had a problem March 2026 with an LED7 with software V7.35 in self service bay. (note, some older versions don't work with tap to pay systems) My NEW backup replacement is V7.36. Plugged it into the harness and got "COIN" with no responses from buttons MODE and SET/INV. Called KleenRite to send replacement. Was told since it was bought in Oct 2025 they wouldn't do anything for me. "Deal with Dixmor" was the response. So it is now sent off and we will see what happens. LESSON: TEST YOUR TIMER BEFORE PUTTING IT ON THE SHELF AS A BACKUP.

Cryptopay conversion
Bought to convert from a different POS to cryptopay
Incorrect information on website.
The description for this timer says it is a 50hz timer. Because in America "USA" we have 60hz power system.
I have purchased several led7 serial timers due to the fact that the description on the website says the LED7 timer is a 50hz timer. Now I have to pay to have my timers converted to V7.36 so I can use my new cryptotapplus card readers.
I called Dixmor and they said they don't make a 50hz timer!
Please correct your website!
