Good, no tire shine
Doesn't do anything
I tried reaching out to the company and no answer. According to ratios on this, I have tried all of it. Even using it alone to spray on the wheel amd tires. Let's just say the basic dust didn't even come off. Car was barely dirty and this product did not deliver. I do have to say that it foams a lot. Looks like it would do the job. Will keep updated if the company ever reaches back out to me or sends me actual good product

Kleen White Tire and Wheel
This cleaner performs as well as any we've tried. We do not dilute. We use tan tip. I gave 3 stars because I can't say I'm more than 3 star impressed with any tire cleaner when it comes to break dust. But I know they aren't magic like some customers expect. The price is good for the product. We will continue buying.

Really like the super concentrate so it comes in 5 gallon jugs. We choose not dilute this with water as we can achieve 90-1 on a 511 Hydrominder tip.
