I would like to share my disappointing experience with Justdial, and I feel it's important to warn others about my situation. Recently, I searched for a doctor and clinic through the website, hoping to find reliable contact information. However, every time I selected the option to call the clinic, Justdial kept providing me with different fake numbers.

This was not only frustrating but also a complete waste of my time. I tried multiple times, but each call led to either an incorrect number or a completely irrelevant result. This made it extremely difficult to get in touch with the services I was looking for.

Based on my experience, I would highly advise against trusting this website. The information provided seems unreliable, and it ended up causing me more trouble than help. I strongly believe that Justdial is no longer a trustworthy resource, and I would caution everyone to be very skeptical when using this service. It's become more of a hassle than a helpful tool, and in my opinion, it's just a scrap website now.

I hope this review helps others avoid the frustration I experienced.

Entered in to agreement with justdial. For 1 month they gave leads with almost 5 % coming to your door step. After that they stopped calling and giving even though package was for year. When contacted they said they will give leads only on messages. Then i tried by clicking my own profile as customer with unknown phone number to my surprise i received calls from competitors about their services. When i enquired to them that how do u got my phone number when i have called some other business. They said ur data was shared by jusdial people

Worst Services, Don't get trapped.
I was miscommited.
1.- They take 7000 rupees in advance saying that it is a security amount.
2- They say you can use this amount anytime by calling the customer care number.
3- They say you can stop ECS anytime and utilize security deposit.
Reality:
1- I cannot stop ECS services before 6 months, if I do so then 7000 Rs. Will be zero and services will be stopped with immediate effect.
2:- I cant get refund
3- JD took payment first and then share the contract which I even object to, I don't get my money back.
4- JD imposing 9 months of service on me or if I cancel before 6 months then I loose my security deposit 7000.
Worst services ever.

It is sheer client harassment and high-pressure tactics being used by jd and jdmart to make money for an undesirable and redundant service. Kindly refrain from just dial service subscriptions to avoid time waste and argumentation with their sales team.

We have taken the service of your company which is very useless, Justdail cheated us by giving wrong commitment, now no one is answering our phone. Call customer service and they will put you on hold and forget about it. Company official Praveen Gautam had talked about a trial of 2 months. Said 1 month ago, we don't want your bad service, we were not told about ECS. Then last month on January 27, ECS was cut. This time the cut in ECS was made 10 days ago on 18th February. When we asked Praveen Gautam to shut down the service in the first week of February, why was ECS not shut down? I have already taken your service twice and was facing the same problem. Your executives make false promises to customers and then stop returning calls, which has made us lose trust in your company. Now I don't want its service. All my money should be returned to me and my ECS should be frozen. Action should be taken against your company official
so that he cannot cheat anyone else by lying and misleading the customer.

I am a consumer of Justdial, they took four installment in one month. Whenever i try to contacting them very bad service...

I registered with justdial under the EMI scheme. Before activating the EMI, The sales person told to pay approx 5.5k around 3 months payments which will not returned but the services for the same will initiate once I wish to discontinue with EMI. I got useless leads for the contract period, the EMI kept hitting every month passively around ₹1700/- per month. I paid EMI for 12 months then decided to discontinue with the services. I had tough time to opt out of the plan. The justdial executive misguided me the steps to opt out. Finally I found it deep in the website and I opted out. But the EMI kept hitting, on talking to justdial executive they told me the EMI would for 3 months then the services for 3 months advance payment made on very first day will be provided. So I was compelled to stay in the contract for 6 additional months after opting out of the scheme. The leads provided were from far places, all useless.

I have taken service from just dial for my referegeter service after 15 days it stopped working I was calling again again to just dial customer service spoke with higher authorities by no use till 45 days I was talking with them but no use plz don't take any service from just dial wrost experience

Just Dial Wrong Commitment. I have a business account in just dial and just dial executive give me an written email about my payment deductions but my payment is auto deducted from my account before the time. Also, the executive did not answer my call. And when I made the payment, 10 different people talked to me and when I asked for a refund, no one was picking up the call. Worst support system.

I had signed a contract with just dail last year. With one his executive stating we can cancel the contract prior one month notice
Due to unexpected issues I had shut down my business. Since then I had been requesting, sending mails, calling the executives, contacted customer care.
No response. Simply disconnecting the calls. Every month auto generated ECS is disturbing my account.
They are sucking the blood of customers once they tie up with them
Shame on just dail management.

I got service for just dial my agency.They are established the website services and leads call.They promised some count of leads even 1% calls also we didn't received. But they Giro the everymonth from account. Whenever I call to them to inform the feedback they are not attend my call.My staff also called more than 20 calls only they will attend.Last month I ask then to deactivate my account then deactivated this they Giro the amount from my account. How is it possible?.I paste here evidence(Savings No XXXXXXXX59 debited with INR 737.00 towards TO ECS CR/DR:ECS DEBIT: TP EMANDATE JUSTDIA:L:******* on 17-JUN-2023.Avl Bal 1857.19).Please aware my friends.

I enquired for fridge service in justdail they reffered jdexpert for a fridge complaint on 4th of April the person name Ramesh was sent by jd expert. I paid 2500 but sill the fridge is in the same condition they are not responding or attending the call too. Same this useless justdail after complaining so many times no response from them too.i have asked for my old parts and to repay that 2500. Lets see how this justdail respond for this

I contacted Naresh Kumar Tanwar the owner of Jai hind Associates A1 Birla Farm to buy a flat in chhatarpur. He showed me a property and i liked it. It was on the 3rd floor in chhatarpur extension. After Negotiation Naresh agreed to sell the flat for 13 Lakh. I gave him a token amout of 1 Lakh. He asked the time of 2 months for renovation.

But after 2 month Naresh Kumar refused to had over the flat for 13 Lakh and he asked for 15 lakh. He said that the value of the flat has increased. Further he refused to return my token money and offered the flat of 4th floor in 13 Lakh.

The top floor flat had the problem of water leakage so i was hesitant to buy it, but he promised to repair it. Believing his words i gave him the remaining amount and purchased the top floor flat. But he did not slove the water leakage problem.

After few months i got to know that the same flat has been sold to one more person. We have been been fighting for the ownership of the flat and Naresh Kumar Builder had disappeared since then. He is not picking my call.

Friends do not buy any property from naresh kumar Tanwar, the owner of Jai hind associates A1 Birla Farm Chhatarpur. He is cheater and dishonest person. I had done some research on the internet about naresh kumar and his company Jai hind Associates A1 Birla Farm Chhatarpur and I found out that he has cheated many homebuyers.

By Mistake I Searched Something on just dial and getting hundred of calls from transporter. From morning to evening. I request you all to do not fill / share your number with just dial directory. Very stupid procedure

They continuously debited money from my bank account through ECS. I tried deactivating my account with just dial many times. But they are not deactivating & They keep taking my money from my account. Please don't ever do the business with them. Just dial gives the worst service. Please don't ever tie up with Just dial.
Hyderabad just dial sales team Bharani krishna nakkidapu and jyothi manipulated me and made me join in Just dial.
ECS department hyderabad executives Reshma and Lakshmi are irresponsible and telling the customers that we can't refund your money and saying that your money will be debited for 2 more months like this. Please consult after 2 months then we will raise a request for cancelling your service. I clearly told them I don't want to continue with their service anymore but still they want to debit from my account for 2 more months. You see how they are doing the scam like this. Finally I decided to close my bank account just because of Just dial account. I shouldn't have taken the service from Just dial. I have learnt the lesson.
Don't fall in to the trap of just dial.

Justdial is a third-class company with all fools who don't know anything about the business and just commit wrong things to take out money from you. Kindly avoid just a Bad company from cheating more people.

I signed up for their service and was told that I can cancel it anytime I want. After the first 3 months itself I asked them to cancel, however its been over 2 years and money is still debited from my account. This is a scam, please stay away from them
