I would categorize the JRSee.com store as a scam. I would not recommend ordering from this vendor at all, I ordered an adult men shirt size 3xl and the shirt would not fit a 6yr old, plus the fabric quality was very poor. Then I was unable to returning the item, kept getting no answers despite multiple attempts to contact support.

Coat was advertised as a medium but fits like a small — clearly not as described.

Customer service offered a small partial refund to keep it, then insisted I return it to China at my own expense for a full refund. They refused to provide a prepaid label or cover postage, despite the item being misdescribed.

Be aware: returns go to China and can be expensive.
And JRSEE do not abide by UK/IRE consumer law.
Very disappointing experience.

I placed an order for a jacket off their website. Jacket showed up and is nothing close to what I ordered. The product is very thin, cheaply made and ugly. (See photos below). I am now trying to get a refund but that is not going well. They sent me an item I did not order and expect me to pay to ship it back to China. When I copied and pasted their return policy back to customer service, they crossed off part of the policy and sent it back to me as if to say it's not valid!

Wanted to buy a jacket that is advertised with a discount on check out. I sent several emails to their customer service who never replied but kept reminding me that I added items to my shopping cart and haven't completed my purchase.

I ordered a jacket off Jrsee, and the quality, sizing, and customer service was way below standards, i am very disappointed and am in the middle of contesting my order. They told me I can ship it back to them in China which would cost as much as I paid for the jacket $90 for a product I would never buy if i seen it. The picture of the jacket looked amazing online. Companies like this one should not be able to sell in Canada with out legitimate pictures and a proper written description for sizing.

Don't get the faster than standard shipping thir is no such thing I ordered my stuff 10 business days and still haven't received my stuff
