At first glance, the review were not what I was expecting. But reading it carefully showed me what I needed to do to get noticed. It showed my how inexperienced I am when it applied to getting the results and finding the right role suitable for me. It pointed to what I need to do, differently to get where I need to be. Thank you for this, as now I know what needs to be done. I believe this is my turning point. Turning me in the right direction.

The trial does not deliver real value—most job listings lead to external sites that require additional steps or payments. My plan was automatically renewed, and I was charged without proper awareness.
When I contacted support, they declined my refund request despite the service being useless to me.
I strongly recommend avoiding this subscription. Save your money and look for better alternatives.

I had subscribed to a premium membership by mistake and was notified too late when fees were deducted from my account. The customer support team were very kind and responsive and issued me a full refund even though my request could have been easily rejected per company policy.

Como dice en el título de mi reseña, la verdad es que tanto la rapidez como la revisión de mi CV por la persona que la ha hecho, me ha gustado mucho. Se agradece que en cuestiones como el CV, que en mi opinión, es una cosa complicada de hacer, porque no sabes muy bien nunca cómo hacerlo para que sea bien recibido por la persona a la que se lo envías, que te den comentarios positivos sobre el trabajo que has hecho, tanto las recomendaciones para mejorarlo, me parece que son un punto muy positivo para los/las que estamos buscando un empleo y te anima a ver que tan mal no lo estamos haciendo. Además de que la persona que me ha hecho la revisión, me ha parecido muy cercana en su forma de expresarse.
La herramienta de realizar CVs y Cartas de presentación también me parece que está muy bien. Lo único malo que veo es que haya que pagar para poder usarla y descargar luego los CVs o Cartas de presentación.

At first, I believed my CV was in good shape. Susan's review showed that while the basics were fine, the ATS alignment needed significant improvement. Her advise, together with the masterclass and another professional platform, helped me understand the adjustments required to reach an 80% ATS score—giving my application a real chance of being seen by a recruiter.
