I recently started getting emails for this service without even signing up for it at all, Not only are these emails using my personal email rather than my official/business email (which is what I use for these services), My name is also spelled incorrectly in these emails. My first name is "Zach", short for "Zachary". These emails are addressed to "Zack", immediately indicating I, myself, did not register with this service, rather someone who heard my name did so on my behalf without my consent. Not to mention these emails also contain clear indicators of the City and State I live in, which I know for a fact I have never given this company as I have verified through my search history, I have never once visited this service on any of my devices.

Upon reviewing these reviews on this website, (sitejabber) for this service, I am concerned for what information this company has on me without my legal consent,

Fake / Misleading Job Info
August 15, 2021

BEWARE! Emails designed to not allowed user to click for that particular job but forces you to open on their site. SURPRISE! The jobs on this Email are NOT THE JOBS AVAILABLE. They have used your searches to list the same jobs you are looking for in your town. There isn't even a company with that time in my town. They also have multiple people badgering with Emails. WHY ISN'T THERE AN INTERNET POLICE TO CLOSE DOWN THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANIES? Anyway, just don't waste your time with it. Stick to the more well known sites.

BEWARE Jobcase.com and Stickr.co BEWARE
March 24, 2021

I recently complained about Stickr.co on Sitejabber. Well at the present time I am looking for a job and I get emails from jobcase.com about potential jobs. I noticed a advertisement promoting STICKR.co on the jobcase.com site and sent them a complaint about that crooked site and jobcase kicked me off their site. My response to them was good riddance. And that they would rather promote dishonest businesses then look out for hard-working individuals who are getting ripped off so screw both of those companies they're a bunch of jackasses

Waste of time

They keep sending me job links even though I unsubscribed. Sent me job links for jobs I am not qualified for. Nurse, mechanic, engineer, just to name a few. Harassment at its finest.

Scammers
March 14, 2021

I never signed up for their email list. I get dozens a day. I have unsubscribed. I continue to get them. If I were to do this, I would get blocked by my email server company. Since they are a large company, I cant even report abuse. I dont know what they do and I dont care.

Useless.
January 17, 2021

Utterly useless. I agree with almost all the reviews. It's a scam and all their job listings are very misleading I unsubscribed and will now report all of their emails as spam.

Scam business
November 24, 2020

They tell you they have job openings in what you're looking for. Specific jobs in your specific area. As soon as you give them your email the jobs magically disappear and they only have low paying jobs in fields that you were never interested in. 100% scam

I have many jobs waiting for my response!
November 7, 2020

So I am unemployed at the moment and have been applying for jobs online. At some point I must of signed up with this website and keep receiving emails about how many interviews are waiting for a response from me? Of course I clicked on the link and I have no clue how I ended up on a survey site! I have tried to unsubscribe but I keep getting emails and phone calls!

This company sucks. I signed up with them and created a unique email address just for this purpose. However I now receive 20 spam emails a day and their site is the only one I've used with said email address. They suck stay away. You know I have clicked unsubscribe to multiple of these Spam emails and I'm still getting them every day. I hope this company Burns to the ground.

JobCase will advertise decent jobs and force you to give them your information in order to view opportunities at Tesla and other large companies, then after signing up, there are no visible job opportunities that are decent. All bait and switch. Then the emails start to pour in... 10 emails per day for work from home shipping scams that are documented as false.

Information phishing
April 29, 2020

I made the huge mistake of trying to apply with an employer with jobcase. Thankfully I didn't complete or submit any of my information other than email. Buuuut then having my email means being inundated by offers that turn out to not exist. Employers not actually hiring or in 4 cases not even real. And supposed users of the site chatting on some type of site hosted forum (which I cannot find). DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ANY INFORMATION!

SCAM STAY AWAY FROM JOB CASE.
March 22, 2020

Don't click on any of their links. To keep email free from continuous, everlasting junk, never give them your email address. There is no way you will be removed. Pure scam, not to mention bait and switch. Management will doing nothing for you even with follow up "unsubscribing" and emails the management. I am going to file a complaint with the FCC.

* First - I nearly never write online reviews, I read a lot but don't often ever post. Seeing as I was moved to write one here, that may tell you something

FINE PRINT - why is it called that? Colloquially, terms and conditions on an often long contract were put in fine print to save room but in the last decades It is more to make it a chore to read - thus to move forward the bet is you'll skip it. Hello Apple. They Kniw Thus. It is merely human nature even more so now in our society where we want everything now' - they know that.

If you don't realize it, you'll be signing up for all their partner' sites. I don't know if each gets credit for clicks - but I signed up for JobCase and got another 5 or 6 sites spamming my inbox. MY Fault for agreeing but it all feels like little more than clickbait

Second- not a Single ONE of any of the links in any of the emails, JibCase or others, led to any job I was qualified for. Their process seems to be to have an algo / program / or A. I. sift through a resume for buzzwords and like spaghetti against the fridge, hope something sticks.

A familiar email will have 3 links each may say "John L. Tim! I just stumbled across [insert a job title/heading from your resume here] and thought you may find this job posting interesting."

Then two more below it such as "Amy R. Tim, I just." and
"Derek S. Tim! Hey, I happened across your..." All were a Bust-

Then another dozen emails more than half like this one or emails that list job titles in boxes with links and titles such as "Stocker, Costco, Trainer, Packer, Dupage County Gov't". I am only qualified for ONE of those - trainer - and when I clicked every lead was baloney.

This Shotgun approach does a disservice to You (and them) because it seems they are simply a link aggregator, which all but guarantees 99% of the job links will not work for you.

I'm a college grad with over a decade in the job force so I cannot speak for a new grad's experience, someone in the trades looking for legit albeit blue collar work or min. Wage jobs.

I literally just went through over a dozen of their emails - from only the last day and a half - checked over 24 links total (& all were a bust) then spent another 25 minutes unsubscribing, deleting each and marking as junk.

YOUR TIME IS AMONGST THE MOST IMPORTANT RESOURCES YOU HAVE, And You Can Never Get It Back - - SO DON'T WASTE IT

Stick with the legit sites such as: LinkedIn, Ziprecruiter, Glassdoor & others

This place is horrible!
January 15, 2020

THEY SENT ME TO A HIRING EVENT THAT DIDN'T EXIST. I drove 45 minutes to get there! The woman behind the desk said, "I don't know why JobCase KEEPS sending people here." She sent me to another location 30 miles away. I got there in the late morning only to find they were closing in 10 minutes and didn't have me in their system. JobCase should be reimbursing people for their wasted time & gas money! They also won't let me unsubscribe to their constant bombardment of emails. This place sucks!

Scam Alert with bait and switch bs
October 4, 2019

I dont know how they got my info but they started bombarding me with emails about IT positions in my area. I unsubscribed because it seemed shady. Then I get a text message saying to call this number in order find jobs in my area. A nice lady picks up and starts to talk about all these opportunities to get me working within a few days, but then quickly starts trying to push a doordash delivery service for 10$/hr. When I told her I'm not interested she seemed really confused and attempted to push the idea again saying a simple delivery a day will help me meet financial needs. I told her I dont feel comfortable with this and to please remove me from their service. She then got very moody and said she doesnt understand why I'm asking to close my profile(that I never wanted opened). I told her, I'm looking for an IT senior position and you are trying to get me to do deliveries and being very pushy about it. She then got very unpleasant with her tone and said I'll be put on a do not call list and hung up.

Moral of the story, bait and switch and sketchy as hell.

I have NO idea how this company got my email. I never heard of Jobcase.com and I have never visited their site. I even checked my browsing history from the past week to make sure I didn't accidentally visit it, and nope, never been. Please stop emailing me spam!
