This company claim to reduce scam but they are the real scammer!.
I paid for one of their sales booster with a proof of payment sent to them they claim the payment was declined without showing me. Proof. How would you say the payment was declined if not that you received the payment. My bank also confirmed they credited Jiji's account.

The only good thing is the ability to use atome. Customer service is present but might as well not be as requests/ questions are not answered properly. Asking for an exchange for an item purchased but made to jump through hoops and video evidence. Save yourselves a few dollars and buy elsewhere. This place is cheaper than elsewhere for a reason. Shop with caution

Jiji.ng is a market where JULIET OGADIMMA ODIASE scammed us and sent us FAKE illegal documents: Passports instead of real estate documents as she informed us before we made the order.
We had been arrested by the police in Europe for those fake documents.
So be careful about this criminal woman named JULIET OGADIMMA ODIASE in Lagos, Nigeria. Prison.
We got a negative experience on Jiji.ng because of this dangerous woman Juliet Ogadimma Odiase.
Jiji is now frustrating people selling in their platform, after paying for ads promo package of #******* they will begin to decline all your ads without lany reason." They will only say prohibited content without specifying what words are prohibited in the product content posted. We wrote them severally to specify what they mean and make it editable for the necessary corrections to be made. No reply. This is a recent development in Jiji platform and I suggest their management should look into it. Coz I feel the problem here is the reading and understanding problem.
Jiji either allows sellers delete bad reviews and scammers alert, or Jiji deletes them themselves.
I bought a parrot from King Oche on Jiji and the parrot was sick, I did not notice because it was sold in a box. The parrot died after 4 days. I had a parrot before this and kept both of the apart so my original parrot is still alive. When I left a review, mind you, I did not curse in the review. My reviews and comments was deleted. After checking online, I found I was not alone. If you've ever left a bad review about a seller on Jiji.ng go back and check. It has been deleted.
I started using Jiji about five years ago and so far, every order made through them to the second party has been successful. I rate their effort in ensuring the security of both the seller and buyer in order to prevent fraudulent cases.
I like that transactions are completed on delivery and I can see what I got before paying for it. Great platform overall
