I have had good luck ordering from Jane.com. It sometimes takes a while to get orders but i try to make sure I give it time and not be in a hurry.
Your site needs to enable customers to ask questions about all products. I just received a sweater, for the second time, thinking the color was different. This is very frustrating for customers and I'm sure you lose dales because of it
I love the selection, things you cannot find everywhere. Sizes are accurate. The boutique owners have all been great to work with. Beautiful unique items.

I have bought 2 necklaces from Jane. First one I purchased I really really liked. Second one which I thought would be same length and charm weight was not. Still very nice but a little disappointed with second one.

This sweater is super cute and true to size. I was worried about the button on the back but they were super easy to to button.

Shopping was easy. I like that the customer is kept updated on the delivery date. I ordered a personalized item and it arrived as expected.
The hats are very good quality and I love the personalization. What i didn't love was the shipping, the product arrived after Christmas, which wasn't that big of a deal because these were just extra stocking stuffers. I just wanted you to be aware the USPS is very slow on delivering, especially at this time of the year. I would almost be willing to pay a little more to have an item shipped vis UPS.
I ordered several personalized notepads for girlfriends. They arrived quickly and were a hit. Choosing the fonts and ink colors made it more personal. I included a pen and a ribbon.
I really like the sweatshirt but the shipping took longer than expected with no communication untill I asked. I ordered a different one elsewhere and will use this one next year.
Everything I ordered was beautiful—I ordered nine personalized towels for gifts, a baby blanket and a pet mat—everything arrived in time for gift giving and was of very good quality as described!
I gave these to my kids teacher's as part of their Christmas present this year. These note pads are printed with vibrant colors, but still clean of crisp.

I ordered a Christmas tree ornament with names on it and it came back with a name spelled wrong and the order of names was wrong. I contacted the person who made it and they didn't offer to re-do it or anything. Now I can't give that ornament to them and have to throw it away. Very disappointed!

Answer: I think this is their thing. I suspect they are in China. I just got notification that after waiting 5 weeks, may be, 10-20 more days. No refund and they don't respond.
