Awful customer service. And they lied about the item I sent back, saying it was not returned in full. It was only 1 item in one box that was never opened. That doesn't even make any sense. Watch out - they re-sell on New Egg
Horrible company! Placed order through Walmart. ISave was third party vendor. Called 2 days after order. "Jack" said order had shipped but couldn't contact the "warehouse" to get tracking number. He said they had my email and would email me with info. I contacted Walmart when I did not receive the tracking number. Had 3-way conversation. ISave told Walmart same story. After a week, they admitted they did not have the item in stock. I canceled the order and received a refund. "Jack" said item was defective. REALLY, a battery? Just one lie after another. Don't do business with these people. Too many good vendors to have to deal with their horrible treatment of customers!
They would not allow me to cancel an order when I tried only 5 minutes latter.
Then they went ahead and shipped the item.
They refuse to pay return shipping
Bought replacement battery for $17.95 in February, not even 2 months battery not taking charge and company not rreplacing. Purchasr same battery on Factory outlet for $6.95
My company orders many fax machines. We tried this one recently and I am currently on the phone with this company. I shipped them back their machine and received my refund. The shipment caused $37.57 that they said they would refund me. I still have not received the shipment refund. I called yesterday and they said the supervisor was too busy I would have to call back. Well today I stayed on hold for over an hour for the supervisor and they eventually hung up. I am now on the line with them, again on hold for over 30mins to speak to the supervisor.
This company is the absolute worst.
Btw two of the machines we have ordered, DIDN'T EVEN WORK!

Very amateurish and poorly run company. Merchandise arrived damaged and was poorly packaged. Avoid this reseller at all costs.
I ordered an electric shaver, they shipped me a cheaper model and insisted that it was same thing. The said I would get a full refund, but after returning the item they claim they can't find it in their warehouse so they don't have to pay me. TOTAL SCAM!
I ordered a
Plantronics Voyager PRO Plus blue tooth headset from iSave.com and it showed up in zip-lock bag. They claim that its a brand new product so was expecting it in a original packing. Also there was no way to tell whether it is
Plantronics Voyager PRO Plus or
Plantronics Voyager PRO. I would be very careful ordering from them in future.
