Have been subscribed to their service for over a year now, and it has been ok. But the customer service is absolutely horrible. Every time I use their online chat to tell them of the issues I am having, I always get the same answers, and even though I do exactly what they constantly tell me to do, the problems don't always get fixed and the people your chatting with are so $#*!ty and arrogant it is totally unprofessional and frustrating. Now my service has stopped working altogether since yesterday, I spent Hours on the chat with them, trying to fix the issue, they made me change my mac address and all the other usual banalities, and it still doesn't work! They stopped responding to me on the chat and I sent them an e-mail and they are not responding to that either! Thank goodness my subscriptions finishes in a week anyway and I will NEVER renew with them again. They are cheap but you get what you paid for! Avoid this Service at all costs and spare yourself hours of frustration.
One point I needed a bit of help didn't really explain very well exactly how to do it it put me in a difficult position for two days after that resolve the problem myself I guess I've been bugging them away too much on the chat and I was mentioning how much I was not please since that moment they don't respond to me no more I even make a second payment for another month subscription and I don't think they going to open the valve so I could have it so basically they're stealing my money
For my this or 4th time, subscribed for 1 month Nov. 13'20. Was Offered promo, pay extra abd get 4 months. Was acknowledged and account To be update. Should be To Mar. 12 early Feb. WAs Advised account To expire, which it did today. I sent several emails with copy/paste their confirmations. Not an Home at company! Will look elsewhere. Service satisfactory BUT some screen freeze, often no schedule info and Channel numbers often changing. Improvement needed. JRS

And very good quality HD and 4K. I very like their recorder diablo box with diablo pro playing on it... it is perfect!

I had a 1 year subscription.
In the beginning it was fine. But the it didn't work for 4-6 days. Ok, can happen.
Now it has been down for weeks, they don't aswer to mails. They just ignore you while I still have 6 months to go.
Don't give them your money...

Je suis tellement satisfait de ma nouvellle box diablo et de toute leur eventail de chaines offerte chez iptv solution. Service rapide et prix tres bon. Ca me revient a moins de 14$ par mois!
Je suis client avec eux depuis 2 ans et je suis plus que satisfait par leur service courtois et leur disponibilite chaque jours de 8am a 22pm. J'ai référé beaucoup de clients et je beneficie ainsi de rabais important sur mon abonnement. J'adore leur box enregistreur avec Diablo et OK2
J'ai recu mon equipement rapidement et la qualité d'image est vraiment sublime. Je peux enfin avoir acces a une bibliotheque immense de film et de chaines a un prix plus que raisonnable. Thanks!
Je n'écris pas de commentaires souvent sur ce genre de site mais on est tellement content avec notre nouvel equipement acheté chez iptv solution que je prend le temps d'écrire un commentaire. Je recommende leur service hors pair et leur produit a tous le monde. J'avais deja ma box mais ils m'ont fortement aider avec la connection et ils se sont meme brancher sur ma box via team viewer afin de m'aider a ajuster les parametres. Merci encore!
Mon frère m'a référé ( il a aussi benéficie de 2 mois gratuit pour sa reference) et j'adore leur service, j'ai reçu ma box et Kayla m'a connecté en moins de 3 minutes... et que dire de la qualité de leur produits. Je peux enfin profiter tele HD avec 4500 chaines a moindre cout. Merci a toute l'équipe Iptv Solution.
Today I contacted IPTVsolution.ca via chat regarding a T95Z Android box they sold me in June of this year, 2020
After confirming with me the warranty on this box was 1 year, I asked for a replacement because the box, only 3 months old, stopped working.
There were two people on the chat, "Eric" and "Frank"
They refused to honor the warranty because I was no longer a client of their IPTV service. The warranty, I reminded them, was not conditional on subscribing to their service, it was on the box itself.
They refused to honor the warranty.
I then advised them that the recourse to recover the $150 cost of the box would be Small Claims Court. At that point, both of them started threatening me. They identified me from my email address when I subscribed to their service and started addressing me by my name.
They advised me they were in Medellin, Columbia, not Canada, and what did I hope to accomplish?
"We know who you are R______, we know where you live. Don't do anything you will regret" along with more threats.
They then started sexual connotations regarding my wife! And if I didn't know how to take care if her, they would!
At that moment I attempted to have the complete conversation documented and sent to my email address, as their chat function has that option, but they obviously could see what I was doing on their end and they immediately terminated the chat, preventing the download.
I will swear in a court of law as to the accuracy of this statement and I will do everything in my power to get their website deleted from the CIRA registry.
J'ai été très bien servi et conseillé par Iptv Solution pour l'achat de ma box et du service tele. Ils m'ont expédie mon colis en moins de 3 jours et la connection a été rapide, je recommande a tous!
Jai ete agreablement surpris de la rapidite de l'expedition de ma nouvelle boite android (24 heures). Leur equipe m'ont aussi apporte une aide exceptionnel pour configurer ma box a distance au debut et mont aider a comprendre le fonctionnement. Jai commander leur service OK2 et je suis vraiment heureux du resultat :)) jai hate que le football commence en automne!
I'm more than satisfied with the quality of their products. My Sister and I ordered 3 box for our familly and our kids are so happy. They provided support during the process and delivery was within 3 days. The quality is full HD and exceeds my expectations. I recommend it to my friends
Beaucoup de problèmes ces dernières semaines avec le service de télévision. Soit, ça ne démarre pas du tout, ou sinon pas d'image ou son. Rarement de guide horaire aussi. Je leur ai écrit un courriel demandant un soutien, je n'ai jamais eu de retour.
Trying to get in touch with their online chat, seems like talking to a brick wall. It's like a monologue. Poor service and regret for signing up to that $#*!
It is cheap and it is cheap. The image freezes, often more sound, the TV schedule hardly ever there, often the screen becomes completely black and impossible to schedule a recording. When you communicate with them by email, they answer you, you have no account here! Wow! I call them thieves. I think you are better off paying a little more and going with legal and known companies.

J'ai toujours ete sceptique face a ce genre de service et vecu de mauvaises experiences dans le passé, cependant je peux enfin dire que j'ai trouvé un fournisseur qui a sur m'offrir un service de qualité et un produit à la hauteur de mes attentes. J'ai recu tous mes appareils en moins de 3 jours et la connection fut très simple. Je recommande ce service à mes pairs avec certitude. Merci grandement :) Pierre
