VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAY AWAY FOR ALL REASONS MY EXPERIENCE WITH INTEGRA OPTIONS
December 21, 2016

So around the middle of 2016 me and my mother decided to experiment with Integra options and too see if you can actually make money with them and funnily enough to my surprise you really can but like with all things theres either a catch or its too good to be true. So we deposited around £200 - £ 250 without the bonus addition and were consulted by one of there 'senior brokers' in which you would spend around half an hour a day trading and now and again you would hit nice returns followed by some losses but thats as it goes with trading anyway. So it got to the point in which we thought we may aswell withdraw some funds seeing as we were doing quite well but heres the catch haha, we had too break even of about 4x the actual bonus amount they had apparently given us in addition to our deposit which we thought was funny because initially we were never given a bonus but we were told we were given a bonus of around £220 so 220 x 4 = £880 we had to make in order to withdraw, however we had over that amount in our account so we should be able to withdraw no problem. There college jessica agreed and said she would put us through to a senior broker in order to resolve the issue. So ten minutes later i was contacted by a 'senior broker' kate worsey' and before i could even state my issue she rudely interrupted and went on too say we had to make not 4 times the bonus amount but 40.40! TIMES THE BONUS AMOUNT. 220 x 40 = 8800. 8 Grand more than previously stated which at this point i felt betrayed used and DISAPPOINTED by Integra Options. She was so persistent on the number 40 that it got to the point i had said I'm feeling a real sense of animosity from her and she went on to rudely say about ' How she's not trying to be rude but she is just trying to tell me' lool so anyways i wasnt putting up with it i took down the details of the previous colleague and also this kate individual whom boosted up the amount by 8 thousand. Minutes later i was put on hold perhaps thinking that i would hang up due to arduous efforts but little did they know i have unlimited minutes so i can be round till next year and the year after if they like. So this time i was contacted by this other gentlemen, another 'senior broker' who went on too say we had to clear funds of not 880 not 8800 but *******. At this point i thought what a joker. Thats over ******* in less than 20 minutes so i went on to give them the situation i was in and what i was being told and they were constantly saying about they don't know who said what etc it makes me think why say they are a team of brokers if they don't even communicate with each other? So he mentioned about how i should be looking at the terms and conditions but i have previously several times and throughout the entire article nowhere states there having to clear funds several times the bonus amount to withdraw. So he said he would be bright back and was gone for 10 minutes and when the line came back on it was Kate again this time saying how she's going to send me a copy of the terms and conditions but i thought whats the point? You have the terms and conditions on your website? Why not just tell me the article number in which to look at which states what your saying and she was so persistent on sending me the email rather than just telling me where too look which again was funny and i was told i was to be contacted by the financial team to take this matter further. If you like your money Stay away from Integra Options SCAM! SCAM!

I just want my remaining money back after so many lies from the BrokerS.
October 19, 2016

Hi James,
Hope you can help me on this matter, I started with Integraoption about 4 months ago. My broker asked me to upgrade to VIP. The benefit of be VIP as he claimed is it will be risk free and I will gain profit about 42% monthly. He asked me to try and if I am not happy with it, I can withdraw out all my money anytime. Before I decide to upgrade to VIP I read a lots of peoples claimed that they unable to withdraw their money. So I check with my broker why that will happen to those peoples. He told me that was because those peoples receiving company bonus and he assured me that in my case I wont having this problem cause I wont receiving the bonus n I can take out my money anytime as I want. So I invested USD12,000 to my account.
Things turn out I did not get the profit as he previously claimed (42%), but it is ok for me, as I did not expect to gain so high profit. But then just after 1 month plus he asking me to upgrade my account to reach USD30,000. Thats really worries me, and I went google again about your company, and I found out there is warning from FMA (Financial Markers Authority of New Zealand), and FINMA ( Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority). Thats worried me and I plan to withdraw my money. I talked to my broker about this and I plan to withdraw my money. When I came to withdraw my money, I was informed that I have use the bonus of USD7778 during my trader loss the money. And it needs to deduct from my account. But this is not what as I told by my broker initially. He told me I wont use the bonus and I can withdraw anytime.
Anyway I still plan to withdraw the remaining about USD6,000 plus, during that time my account were have about USD13,822.00. Then my broker said I am unable to take out any money but to trade until I reach the turnover of USD73k, then I can withdraw all the money in my account. He told me I already reaching USD30,000 turnover at that moment. I got no choice but to continue trade.
While in the middle of reaching the turnover of USD73k we were losing remaining USD10,000 plus in my account. 3 weeks ago my 1st broker change to another new broker (I did not ask for changing of new broker anyway)
The new broker wanted me to put in more money to my account, which I really dont have the money with me. I showed him through skype sharing my online bank account what left in my saving. And he asked me to take use my credit card so I can invest another USD5,000. The new broker assure me he can gain back before my credit card due date (which is on 24th October 2016).
He told me trade with him is risk free because he is the best broker in the company, which is why he was assigned to help me. There is nobody else will be able to help me on this, he will make sure I will gain the profit. He also assure me I no need to worried, and he is 100% committed to all his clients, he even will answer or reply the skype during weekend if there is any questions to ask him, because the need to keep a good record for himself and his good reputation. He also assured me before my credit card due date, if I lose my money, he will return me USD10,000.
I am so trusted him, and I start trade and follow whatever he ask, just in less than 2 weeks my account left USD4,000 plus. I tried to text him through skype on weekday and call him several times no reply at all since last week. I call Integraoption office yesterday looking for him, as I want him to help me withdraw the reaming balance in my account, but I still I cannot get him. Today another new broker call (3rd broker) and assign to be my new broker. I wonder how can the trader just discharge their responsible by changing new broker to the client.
Actually I am not planning to trade anymore and want to withdraw the remaining USD4,000 plus from my account. That is why I keep asking my 2nd trader to call me since last week. I am very tired for these past few months with Integraoption. I just invested another USD5,000 3 weeks ago, and now I can only get USD4,000. Despite of all assrances and promises the 2nd broker told me, I am just asking to let me get back my remaining balance. I am not even want the USD10,000 that the 2nd broker promised me.
I need the money urgently so that I can pass my credit card debt. After so many lies from the 2 brokers, I really feel very innocent, because I did nothing but just follow what the brokers asked. And now the 3rd broker say I am unable to withdraw money because I received the company bonus, and I yet reach the turnover. But I as my record, after my 1st broker told me when I reach the USD30,000 turnover, I already reach the USD73k. Even if I am not reaching the turnover, how about all the promises the brokers made to me? Isnt that the broker represent the company? I really need help on this; I need to pay my credit card debt. Please help me to end this and let me withdraw the remaining USD4,000 plus no much I request. Please help and hope to hear the good news from you soon.
P/S: dear James P, I had wrote to you several emails to *******@integraoption.com regarding my incident, & until now I did not received any reply from you. Your replied to me in here is just to give a fault illusion to show to others that the support teams are doing something to help? Hell you r not doing anything. Or else why didn't u reply my email?

STAY AWAY, TERRIBLE SERVICE, MISLEADING
August 15, 2016

I opened my account over the phone originally thinking i was speaking to bancdebinary, i opened the account anyway and made an investment, i did not know there was a turnover target until i actually attempted to make a withdrawal. They mislead me, and after countless numbers of calls they keep saying my broker will get back to me. Which he/she never does. It takes about 5-10 calls to actually get through one particular day i rang them all day, and still no meaningfull response. I was told 11 days ago that they would refund me my money. Before one of their representative speaking very rudley to me over the phone, there still has been no action taken at all! I still have not seen my money back and when i called up they started the same bollocks again saying that my broker will call me back explaining the procedure. She even told me that the only way to withdraw is to reach the target? What nonsense is this Ive told them countless times that i no longer wish to trade. This type of trading doesn't even seem like trading its more like betting or gambling.
[Post response]
What you read from the response from integra is just a response to save their own $#*!. I've contacted integra through every medium ostiole I have emailed all of their departments. They say they've tried to call me but everytime I pick up they drop the call immediately and they say I'm the one in the wrong? These guys lack professionalism and can't even spell simple words properly, they've sent emails addressed to other clients and they like to put the blame on their clients/customers. All the calls they made to me were clearly for the sake of their records to protect themselves but they're clearly not bothered enough to resolve my issues. I NO LONGER WISH TO TRADE WITH THEM AT ALL, RETURN MY MONEY AND THEN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

Tip for consumers:

JUST DONT, FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR INVESTMENT STAY AWAY
