I ordered 4 heated vests that turned out to be defective. They will not take a charge or heat up. I've been trying to get them returned for 2 months. This week I received an email that said that because they were delivered outside of the 14 day return policy, they wouldn't take them back. Also, the 14 day return policy is hidden, I believe, in the FAQs, and not on the order page.

They sent the wrong size on both pair of shoes. Sent pictures, measurements of shoes and feet. All of it was just a run around, to finally hear them say, you were given the right size when you can clearly see the shoes were the wrong size. Won't EVER do business on this site, again. It is a SCAM on customer service!

After 15 days, they did not have any info on my paid order. Contacted support and been told to wait for their email

I have spent hours on the phone and the computer. No live person cares. I asked for an initial on each key ring I ordered. Even after two chat inquiries, I have NO SATISFACTION. I suggest you place your key ring order on Amazon, a reliable company.

Am a seller on this marketplace last more than 6 months and they cant pay payout her sellers am read the many comments of the sellers am also waiting more than 6 months of payout but still in pending we try to contact him through call they attend the call am told him am a seller after that he drop my call and am send him many emails and live chat texts but they send me standard reply we working on him so please cant sell anything on this marketplace

I started selling on Inspire Uplift, and I requested to withdraw my earnings on July 12,2024. As of now, the payment is still pending with no updates from their side. It's been months, and their support has been unresponsive. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering selling with them—they appear to operate like a scam, keeping sellers' money without paying. Think twice before partnering with this company. Y still my money

I am a verified seller with Inspire Uplift. Since June 25,2024, my payouts (Case #*******) have been stuck in "pending" status with no clear release date. I have been in active contact with support, nothing has changed. This delay—now over a year—is unacceptable and is severely impacting my business. I expect:
1. A concrete date for payout release.
2. Either the full payment or compensation for this extended delay. If unresolved within 3 business days, I will escalate to regulators and share this issue across public review platforms and social media.

I ordered two posters, it took 3 calls to customer service, multiple messages and a better business bureau complaint to get them 2 months later. When they did arrive they are terrible quality with huge air bubbles but neither the seller or customer service have been helpful. Avoid the site!

I am a registered seller on Inspire Uplift, operating under the store name Shopping Go Store. I have been selling products on their platform for over a year. However, Inspire Uplift has failed to release my earned payouts totaling $384.90 USD—despite repeated follow-ups and written assurances. The pending transactions date back as far as April 19,2024, and are still marked as "Pending" in my dashboard. I have attached screenshots showing 7 payout transactions from April 2024 to July 2024, all using PayPal as the payment method, none of which have been processed to date. I have contacted their customer support team numerous times. Each time, I received generic responses assuring me that my issue is under review or being escalated. Most recently, on April 22,2025, I was promised an urgent resolution, yet nothing has been done. My most recent follow-up was ignored, and no payout or confirmed date has been issued. Inspire Uplift has now withheld my money for over 14 months, which is a clear violation of fair business practices. I believe they are either operating negligently or engaging in deceptive conduct by delaying or denying rightful payouts to sellers. I am requesting your assistance in: Investigating this matter, Enforcing immediate release of my full pending balance, And holding Inspire Uplift accountable for their actions. Thank you for your time and support in helping resolve this serious issue.

If your garment does not fit you have to pay BIG fees to ship back. I am stuck with a top that does not fit. All is deal with China and high shipping fees. Rip off Never purchase a garment on line again

I accidentally purchased a product. I tried to cancel within 15 minutes. Customer service refused to cancel & did not offer any alternatives.

This marketplace is a scam project. They do not pay money to sellers who have sent their goods to customers. I sold my goods in March 2024 and did not receive my honestly earned money by February 2025. Support responds with standard emails. I know about 200 sellers who have also been delayed in payments since March 2024.

These people allowed their seller, Brainy Books, to scam me by advertising a digital TEXTBOOK but he sent me pages of test questions. I reached out to the seller, thinking that he had made a mistake. 2 days later he responded, this is what I bought. Filed a fraud claim with Inspire. They did nothing but give me the run around. Told me they would refund me on 1/27/25 & didn't. When I told seller I would be filing a fraud with my bank against him on 1/27/25, he changed his ad & the description, but did not refund me. I already had taken screenshots of his ad & description as well as have my receipt that he cannot change the wording on, with the word TEXTBOOK clear as day. (I have added a screenshot of everything, even the changed new ad that now says test bank, which clearly I never ordered.) You've been warned.

I am a seller of this marketplace. I delivered 1st order on 1st January 2025. First I approved my order balance from them. I requested on 08th January 2025 for withdrawal in okx trust wallet. But still my order balance is not transferring by them. They are scammers.

I am a seller on InspireUplift.com. I have been waiting for the payout for my sold products since June 2024. I keep writing to customer support, asking where my money is and when they will transfer it. All I receive are standard replies saying, "Wait." They took my money and are not giving it back. I am waiting for $400.

I sold my products, and the buyer received them in July 2024, but I still haven't been paid for these items. I do not recommend using this platform to sell your products.

Search up Inspire Uplift telegram chats to see the truth behind the company. Nobody will receive ordered items and sellers stopped getting paid nearly a year ago.

I sold items on this site and have not been able to get paid for them for half a year now. The site apparently just stole them and spent them. There are a lot of us. The founder of the site does not get in touch. I do not advise anyone this scam site.

These people are thieves. I have sold hundreds of digital products on their site and cannot get my money nor can I delete my products off their site, so they just keep selling my stuff without paying me. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
