Ordered items in October and didn't hear updates for weeks. No response from customer support. Asked for refund, no response. Website is a scam. Stay away!

Delivered some bad quality dress and later didn't accept the return request.
No reply to calls/emails/whatsapp messages. Worst support.
There's only one person in their support team who stops answering if we ask for return request.
Waste of money and time. Please do not buy from this website.

Really pathetic quality and return/exchange services in Myntra and Flipkart! Never Buy from this! Never select any Inddus dresses, as the quality is cheap and material pathetic and they would never return your money if you once purchase from Myntra or Flipkart! My experience was horrible with Inddus!

I have already paid but the shipping is not done yet? It's been atlest for week now but the Calling number is not working!
Nor the shipment is being placed?

I must thank INDDUS.com for having featured unique collections, and also offers free international shipping unlike any other. I received my 3 Anarkali suits today in the USA, we were awestruck by the look and finish, the quality outstands.
Also, customer service and response time is very good, they provide you diplomatic delivery timelines.
I strongly recommend INDDUS.com to people looking to buy the best collection of Surat textile dresses for special occasions... one of the cities in India that boasts of a flourishing textile industry. I apologize for the previous remark about customer service - I rescind that statement myself, which is negated by the promise and satisfactory service upkept. The Inddus customer service personnel - Azaz is prompt and responds the actual status of the clothing and has done a very good job. Tailoring finesse and expertise is revealed in the final results.

I ordered a dress 2 weeks back but still it is showing 'Order Processing'. There is absolutely no information about the product delivery date. I have been trying to reach out to the customre care but that's also of no use. The mobile number is switched off and for email id I just got a reply 'Order is in process'. And after that there's no reply on any of my follow-up mails. How will I get to know when the order will be dispatched and when will it get delivered? I feel cheated and seems I have invested in a wrong place. Guys BEWARE before buying anything from here.

BEWARE and PLEASE READ- I WISH I could give it 0 or minus stars. I ordered an outfit from this company and the piece they sent is a used piece. It smelled like some one wore it many times. It looked used too. When I contacted them, they told me to dry clean it and they will refund my money. I spent so much money on this stupid dress so that I could wear it, Inddus is not refunding my money. I emailed them, tried contacting them via chat. They are not responding. It's a horrible company and doesn't even stick to their words. It's horrible to be in a business like this and have poor customer satisfaction. I live out of country and had to wake up in the middle of night to communicate because they are not responding to emails. Sad and disappointed that I ordered from here. Will never recommend it to anyone.

Adding to my review which I left yesterday. So, Today I received an email from Inddus customer support that I should remove my negative review and they will refund my money. Ha ha! How ethical of a business is this? SHAMe on you, Inddus. Please DO NOT order from this company. They are complete rip offs and have really poor customer support. I am not hesitant to say that they are fraud company. BEWARE INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, IT's A PAIN TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
