I've been trying Il Makiage's skincare products for the past two or three weeks and unfortunately (for my bank) they really have been working. Especially the exfoliator, moisturizer, and serum. I notice my pores are disappearing and my skin just has so much radiance and looks plump and hydrated even in dry Colorado weather. I wish I had this for my whole body, and I wish it was slightly more affordable, but I'm starting to think it might be worth it for these results.
I like the barely there, lightweight feeling, but the color is so far off in match of my skin. I want to return it and try again.
I personally had a difficult time matching my skin tone to the samples on the Il Makiage questions to arrive at the proper shade of makeup. Ended up with a shade that made me look like I hadn't seen the sun in years. My fault. Realized I couldn't arrive at the proper shade by looking at photos of models, so I'm returning my sample. Make up was really nice, just couldn't get the right shade. Return process appears to be very easy.
Really wants to love this after all the great reviews, ads and videos. It makes me look like a corpse warmed up! Completely blanches out my face with a yellowy tone and the makeup separates. To add the cherry on top… painful acne breakouts and I never get acne? I'll just go back to L'Oréal drugstore foundation I suppose :/
The color match is spot on. Coverage is great. I was looking for a foundation that wouldn't look like clay packed on. My coworkers are always asking "did you put on makeup", "your skin looks so smooth".
On my second tube of Power Polish Exfoliator. Skin is always left feeling unbelievably smooth

I was excited to get this makeup, not so thrilled after using it! Made my fine lines more pronounced, made my skin feel dry NOT smooth and supple and the worst thing about it, made both of my eyes water all day long.
I returned it and will NEVER use this product again.
The purchasing process was confusing and I accidentally got an add-on purchased. The return process was a little rough but the customer service reps were helpful the entire time with great manners. So overall it was a journey.

While I feel you have an excellent product, my online experience this time was terrible. I don't know why you send out an offer for a discount and then don't allow it to be applied. I gave up and went ahead to order the product and couldn't complete the sale without agreeing to add another discounted product. Life is to short to go through all this just to order makeup. I also don't want to be added to any situation where I buy a product by "subscription".
I have been using your product for quite sometime now, but I think when you show your items you should advise how to use it, when to use it. Is it used under makeup, before bed? Your item. Your Power Redo smooth wrinkle filler does not work, too thick

Now this time it was not legit because it was advertised as "pay only 5.99" for a 30 day trial and at the moment of paying it sold 2 more products and the option to "skip" was disabled so that left me with one option and of course it charged me a much different amount. Not happy at all. I will return the product as soon as it gets delivered and will expect my money back.
IL Makiage never disappoints. Tried and kept 3 products so far, foundation, wrinkle filler and primer. No risk and all the reward!
Try before you buy is GREAT! Although I've never returned anything! The Power Lift gel is SO NICE and makes my skin look fresh. The Camo Primer is also one of my favorites! Customer service gets an A+++

I have been trying unsuccessfully for literally a couple of years to cancel recurring orders.
Also extra products I have not ordered have been shipped to me and I've been charged for them.
Because my email address has changed returning these unwanted and unordered products for a refund is an unnecessary and ongoing challenge.
It's sad that such a superb product line comes with such inconvenience and crookedness.
I would not continue to buy there products if they weren't so amazing - because it's a frustrating expensive hassle to try to correct the orders.
Seriously, two years later, I'm still dealing with trying to get them to stop sending - and charging me for- product I haven't ordered.
I accompanied this latest current order with a note saying that I will not pay for anything extra unless it's a free sample - and it's ridiculous that I feel it necessary to have to take this measure.

The website has issues and all I wanted to do was check on an auto replenish and was somehow charged for a new order. No phone number and no ability to cancel. So now I have to wait for a response to dispute. Annoying.

Ordered 1 item and the system picked up three items, all the same. I called right away and was told they were unable to stop the orders (3) from going to the shipping warehouse. If you actually had some person checking orders it might have been seen as suspicious that three of the same item on three separate orders were going to the same address., Come on people, you can do better. Meanwhile, I'm out three charges of $71.00 each from my debit account. I' returning two tomorrow, unopened jars, for refunds. Only 2 came. So, I am hoping tomorrow I will get the third order. Then I can actually try the product.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
