Their sales people lie about delivery times to grab the sale. 7-10 days delivery becomes 4-6 weeks and then the blame their provider for further delays.

Ordered 3 items and one item arrived damaged, contacted ifurniture straight away and was offered a $50 refund. I declined the offer and asked for a replacement table to be sent as the one i received has a large chip out of the side of it, they declined this and offered $100 refund which i again declined. I have now sent several messages which they have not responded to. I will be taking this to the disputes tribunal as this is not how we do business in NZ.

Absolutely atrocious company to deal with. Their furniture is crap, arrives faulty or worst damaged. Shocking customer service all done through a chat bot or ticket process online which takes forever to get a response. When they do they send you in circles back and forwards with no outcome. I'm still waiting for my refund and for the broken items to be collected and returned to them. Buyer Beware! This company is appalling and their furniture is cheap and nasty. I will be taking my issue up with Consumer Affairs - items are not fit for purpose and the company does nothing to rectify and respond promptly.

This statement not true As we started unpacking our 'new' chairs, very noticeable scuffs and scratches, constructed one to find rough finished legs and no matter how we fitted the cross over legs together or tried to level, a very obvious wobble. Proof of poor quality that we've sent ifurniture clearly shows what we've received, however they keep saying there's nothing wrong! Many emails / live chat and portal conversations later over several days, it is very now obvious they never had any intention of doing anything to repair, replace or refund. If they sell or send anything including already damaged or unstable item and that will be at your loss and your cost. Their team have clearly been taught how to do your head-in by asking for the same thing or various things, multiple time and in multiple ways, but then when you do what is asked, will state that information has never came through, so you have to send again (more proof) and once you've done that, they send another email requesting for you to do more (now rebuild items, now deconstruct, now rebuild and photograph, now deconstruct, now you'll need to rebuild as we need videos... you get the picture) the more you do, the more they request... it actually never ends. It appears there is no end to their Customer Services time wasting strategy and they've worked out that this works! Check all other reviews available on ifurniture and read other customers experiences (I suspect like us many won't ever go back) then I suggest you take your hard earned money to a quality NZ retailer - spend a little more - but buy from someone who will back up their products and gives support with what Kiwis call and deserve, real customer service. I hope this review (and by doing research and reading other reviews out there before shopping) it might just save you time, energy and wasted money 😊
After reading many negative reviews I did have some concerns.
I purchased furniture which is absolutely identical to that of another discount furniture retailer.
BUT I only paid half the price.
Collection was straightforward.
A huge thumbs up.
We now own a busted couch (springs broke and couch now has a dip in it). If you're happy to pay $1,000 for a couch that will last less than 18 months, furniture might be the store for you.
Package dimensions were not mentioned on product page, contacted chat support, the took my email to later send me the dimensions, next day contacted again and same thing happened, twice raised the issue on customer portal, but still they say that warehouse staff doesn't have 30 seconds to measure and respond customer request. What a joke.
So they told me the package dimensions on the day of pickup and when we called twice, and raised the issue 4-5 times, and I came to know that the size won't fit in the Citihop Hiace Cargo Van that I booked for an hour, in one go. So I will have to do 2 trips, and exceed the booking. At the same time I was looking to book delivery but their call canter wasn't confirming or committing or even informing about the delivery date before the payment, the same tactic they used when I asked for the dimensions (you pay then we will let you know I paid on Wednesday and till Monday night they didn't had the dimensions handy). They were saying that it will go back to auckland and will be delivered in 7-10 working days.
Overall experience is worst, was thinking to buy a mattress and a bed as well, but will look elsewhere now, that wasn't the experience I was expecting. I guess its better to buy what's insotre and pickup the same day, don't go for any future commitments,
I am still sceptical about the quality of the product, hope it will be better than the quality of Service.
They don't have any public feedback system, so putting the feedback on google maps and trustpilot, so other customers should know what they are opting for.
After posting review on Google and Trustpilot, they called and informed me that if I pay for the delivery today, I'll get the products delivered atleast by Saturday. The same they told me before making the payment that if you pay for the invoice today, you can pickup from Hamilton store by Saturday 15/7, but the next day after payment the pickup date was set to 18/7, and today since morning talked twice, with no pickup time as the order has been in transit as yet, so it looks like that won't be today I guess and a day later that's 19th

I have bought an office desk from Ifurniture in Hamilton. Upon collection, they have loaded the sealed box with the dismantled item into my vehicle. They did not give me the opportunity to open the box to check that everything is in order. When I opened the box to start assemble the desk at home, I found that the desk was very badly damaged and someone tried to fix it in the worst possible way. It was also extremely dirty and appeared to have been used. I have contacted Ifurniture immediately and they were going to look into the situation and get back to me. I received an email saying I can exchange the desk at their shop after a few days. I tried to explain to them that I don't live in Hamilton and I'm about half an hour's drive away from the city. I had to pay rent for a bigger vehicle to pick up my initial order, and will have to pay again do to a second trip. I also need to cover fuel cost not even to mention the time I'm spending with them on the phone and on email trying to resolve this matter with no success. I'm extremely disappointed in Ifurniture, I will not support this business ever again, and I will also not recommend them to anyone.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. But if you want to loose money, be my guest.
They delivered an incomplete bed frame - all major parts are missing as well as the instruction manual. I contacted them (live chat & phone call) and they're very useless! I haven't heard from them despite the promise of calling me asap.

I wanted to buy a couch. No one ever got back to me with a delivery fee estimate. Live chat is offshore and can't help. No one picks up the phone. Been five days just bought a couch somewhere else, oh well.
I wouldn't buy something from a place that is impossible to contact anyway.
Didn't even want to give them 1 star. See photos. Bed basically snapped in half, not long after it was purchased new from ifurniture. Tried to contact ifurniture for replacement or refund. Found out, there so called great customer service. Is actually just an outsourced call center. So thier customer service people, can't actually help you. When I contact, I'm told sorry. Update tomorrow. Tomorrow been & gone a few times & my son is still without a bed. Don't waste your time or money.
Just needed to put out there a positive review about the "Live chat" help I received from Angelica …. Thank you again Angelica you were polite efficient and knew your stuff I really appreciate the extra mile you went to help me with a situation I had regarding items from the Hamilton store Excellent service!

If you want furniture go in to a furniture store. This company is bad news. 1st they didn't understand that I wasn't happy with the purchase. It took 2days for them to figure out I wanted to return the lounge suite and that's only because I kept calling, emailing and live chatting them.It cost me so much to return but the hassle of trying to sell it on-line was too much for me. They ripped me off $1000 with transport fees and I am hoping I will get a refund for the actual furniture. Only one item had been unpacked but the way this company works. I probably will end up going to fair-go.
The most horrid customer service experience I've ever gone through.
Purchased a mirror online. It arrived broken. No big deal, it happens. Queue three weeks of almost daily emails, phone calls & online chat sessions just to arrange a return. Time after time I was promised pick up by courier to return the item; no show after no show. They are completely & utterly incompetent. Ohh & to make it worse, they use Fastways/Aramek for delivery; the worst courier service in the country.
Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else if ordering online.
Huge but basic showroom, many many clients, super busy. Wide selection and priced good.
Delivery is smooth, txt me before come and call when on the way.
The 2 big chairs and table are wonky...

I Would not recommend them and won't buy from them again
I ordered a product online and paid for it by direct credit. Moments later my order was cancelled by them. Since then nothing, despite countless emails asking for my money back if they can't supply the product. If they seem too cheap to be true, trust your instincts and shop elsewhere even if the product is more expensive. This lesson cost me $90 (and nothing to show for it) - they are scammers who hope that people will give up and not bother chasing for a refund. Next stop: Commerce Commission. By the way, this was the Auckland store/warehouse.
All of the negative reviews are for good reason. This company takes your money then does as it pleases. Don't expect timely delivery, receiving what you ordered, or even a shred of customer service. Spend your money somewhere else.
Answer: Found a product that fit the dimensions of the space I was trying to fill - made the mistake of not reading their reviews first otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. No sign of either the product or my money.
Answer: I have ordered a bed frame from them and they delivered an incomplete bed frame. I kept calling them and no one's helping us. They told us they would fix thw issue but until now they're not updating us. So they're a scammer for sure!
