Saved some money

The customer service rep was very nice and answered my questions. I have been paying a larger amount than I should have because I didn't report that my husband passed away. She informed me of the savings which of course made me happy.

Beware

Have been a customer for about 30 years and all the while though I-shield covered me for lost funds. Was very disappointed to discover that they don't they just help to restore my identity. Thats fine but then I'm left out of a home with no money. Life lock says they will restore up to 1 million $ of lost funds. I'm left feeling deceived and cheated out of 30 Years of payments to I-d shield!
