I received the email below form the company however i am still waiting for the order. I have sent multiple emails with no response and no refunds or statuses on my order.
They need to be prosecuted by Chinese authority. Additionally, I will report the company to Alibaba

I ordered 2 very expensive eye shadows from them in January.
It is now July.
The send endless emails advertising new items, and 7 months later, I still haven't received the first one.
I emailed them in April, and they said, oh there's a delay, we will get right on that.
And it's unfortunately true, that when you order on line, there's no way to know if it's coming from China. As they send it via seamail. Takes months to come.
I just checked the tracking, and my item was RETURNED.
Never even left china.
I demanded my money back, and got this response:

Ordered 3 adjustable face scarfs from this company on 6/9/20. On 6/10/10, the next day, I received an email that my order had been shipped. I received the order today, July 9,2020. Extremely unhappy with my purchase and would not have bought the items if I had seen them before my purchase. The scarfs look so much better in the video. Very cheaply made with cheap material that certainly would not do anything to protect me from the virus. The scarfs have been sewn together very poorly with very noticeable defects in the stitches on the front of the scarf and threads coming out all over the place which need to be cut off and perhaps damaging he scarf even further. The quality is very poor at best. If I am brave enough trying to wear the scarf, I will have to be extremely creative as not so show the threads and poor stitching job. Further, the scarfs do not have any labels or washing instructions anywhere. Although I ordered from Ichigomochi, Paypal states The Swish Limited and AEX account indicates Smileyhomey. By the time everyone involved gets their share of the profit you are already paying way to much for the item. Further, the company does not accept returns so they can send you anything as long as it resembles in someway the item you ordered. I will not order from this company again. Wish I had listened to the other clients' complaints and bought elsewhere. I gave it two stars, rather than one, because, contrary to some of the other complaints, I actually did receive my order, although it took a month to get to me!

I ordered from this company May 2 it is July 1. My order is not here. I first contacted them to see where my order was after the 10 to 20 period they ask you to allow for shipping and they sent me a 'don't worry it's coming' and cut and pasted the paragraph from their shipping info which I had already read. I contacted them for a refund and they sent additional tracking information which is totally bogus, there has been zero movement of my package in the last 15 days. Just still waiting. The package is supposedly coming from Hawthorne (LA) I am in San Diego. What on earth is happening? Just another scam...

I order from them April 2020. My item has still not arrived (over 2 months now). Just like the other comments, no one has returned my emails requesting a refund, or to even update me.

I ordered a nail drill in April and got the tracking number and all. Now I can't even track where my product is. I was told that it was in the way now they won't even respond to my emails. Total rip off. All I want is my product or my money back.

I order my items on 5/08/2020 I received a tracking number with no detail to date it is 06/13/2020 I tried to use their email it simply say choose email i want to send it from then blank no way to input it the message. I tried to contact carrier it is in Chinese menu page can be translated in to English the postal page cannot. There is no way to get ant information about the product i purchased and paid for; Service is non existence. There no one to contact. The reason I am writing this hopefully some one will contact me. Please don't buy from them!
