Very well made product and it dose the job really well
Great!
After trying all kinds of magnetic and plastic junk to hold my phone and other devices in my old landrover I decided to try the RAM option, and so far I haven't been disappointed with my choice. The components whilst a little on the expensive side are made from very sturdy and what seems to be almost unbreakable material, they fit perfectly into each other and don't move at all and I can chop and change with little effort. Very happy and won't be buying cheap Junk anymore.
Short Socket
I had previously obtained one of these from Hurtle Gear... this unit, with the 1" double ball allowed me to use my iPad in the cockpit much more economically and avoided overcrowding the instruments. As usual, prompt service and the items did exactly as I hoped. Thanks.

Works a treat
Used on my road pushbike to add another bar above the dropbar tto give my back a rest on the longer rides - works a treat with the appropiate ball mounts to suit the handle bars sizes.

I bought the ball, the short double socket and the universal x grip phone holder and have installed them on my super tenere to hold my phone in place. Installation was simple and only took a 15 minutes. The phone hasn't moved even on the rough stuff. Great products.
Perfect size
I use this with the Xgrip and the brake reservoir mount on my MT07 and it is a perfect fit
Great option - not sure I needed it though.
This was a great option to my xgrip mount. Just as solid and sturdy as the normal arm.
In the end I quickly went back to the standard arm though, gave a little more flexibility with phone placement.
Can see it would be excellent on a bike or motorcycle. Will probably use it on my bike that I'm hoping to buy for Xmas as I will definitely be getting a RAM mount for that too.
Ram Mount Short Double Socket Arm
These ram mounts are the best, in my opinion, on the market. I did a lot of research on this product prior to buying and had the good fortune to get my hands on some to check them out before buying.
Extremely well made, infinitely adjustable and easy to use.
I would recommend these mounts to anyone wanting the best and wanting to protect their GoPro investment.
Also I have no hesitation to recommend Hurtle Gear to anyone wishing to buy these products. They were fast organizing shipment and courtious and fast with email replies.
