The absolute worst experience ordering online; they took 3weeks to deliver half my package, 2 days after having received and tried on items I requested for a return and immediately received a message saying it has been past 14 days And therefore cannot return any items. What! I literally received these items 2 days ago, the return policy states we have 14days from the date that we receive it, so how's that? Nothing fits good, all the pants are poorly made, very weird fit. Not happy at all with this one and never again!

Unfortunately this place is the equivalent of just another Alibaba Shopify store. It says the location is in California so look at the picture of the tag I took. Cuz that's clearly not where these clothes are comin from. The clothes are so incredibly cheap, they look nothing like what's online, the material is thin, they don't fit at all like the pictures, it's just such a disappointment. They also make it impossible to return anything once you see how different it is from what you think you're getting you have 14 days to get it back to their return center from the time you receive it. You have to 1. Request a return, 2. Wait for them to process it, which takes 5-7 days, and then 3. Cross your fingers they will even allow you to return it. No refunds, just store credit. And once you've gotten your order, you have no reason to try more of their stuff, it really is just run of the mill, China-made BS. Such a waste of money.

First time I ordered from them I got my item within in a week. Second time I ordered something on August 31st it's now September 13th and no movement on the ONE ITEM I ordered. I've emailed customer service 6 times and they have given me a 10% coupon and a $5 gift card... Where is my package? Lady told me it would ship 9/11... nope so I emailed again and no answer back. They haven't even offered me a refund nothing. Be aware ordering from here. Stuff is cute but this is ridiculous.

I have been shopping at honeybum for the last couple months and i cannot get over their styles! They have the best buyer in the business! Every week they release such great items and beautiful peices! I will continue to support these guys!

I love their dresses and sets! Everytime i need an outfit for friday night i go on honeybum and find some sexy. I have not been dissapointed! Also they have messed up one of my orders and were super quick to respond and get everything resolved! Thanks team!

I ordered a shirt from them two months ago, and waited over a month for it to ship. I emailed them asking why it hadn't come and they completely ignored it. I messaged multiple times on Facebook until I finally received a response days later, to which I was told my item was out of stock! They asked me if I ever got a refund, I told them no, and right away I got a response a millisecond later that I'd get it back, so they knew it wasn't refunded. So I placed an order and paid for it, waited a month and everything and no one thought to tell me OR refund my items until I had asked! I finally got a refund two weeks later, so all in all it took 2 months for me to get my money back. Such a scam and unprofessional company.
