However, in my opinion, that is because if you checked out as a guest, you can't login to the site to view your order much less leave a review. In my experience, there's a reason a company has bad reviews. This company is not a beginning mom & pop store, there's no reason they should be greedy and charge for returns. As for quality, the store is tailored around the teen/early 20's age group, who are still learning how to be savvy, informed consumers.
