They changed the branding and everything went down. Subscription was cancelled. Moving on. No. Nope

I had a foreign object in my seamoss they admitted to not knowing what it was. I almost choked and died. And pretty much for all that a refund or another jar. They will not give u a free jar they wont do any a real company would do knowing they could had killed a customer. The owner does not care. Find another source.

Its 1 month still no product when you complain about it they cancel the order and only refund a portion of what you never received

I ordered 3 jars of sea moss. The jars were poorly packaged for one (leakage). After 3 months, one of the jars was molded, another had turned to a watery-like substance and was white underneath the bottom (potentially on its way to molding) I called customer service & of course, they told me no refunds and no replacement because they have a 48hr inspection policy upon delivery. Remind you that their website states that the product is good for 6 months and I've had it for 3 months. This company does not stand behind their products, they are just money hungry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! Bad for business! BAD PRODUCT! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don't have a pic of the molded jar but I have attached a video of the other.

Holistic Vybes is already over priced but I wanted to support what I assumed was a black-owned business. I ordered 3 jars of seamoss. 1 of them was broken, because they delivered three glass jars without properly packaging them. They were stacked on top of each other in a case and not individually wrapped. So of course, the chances of breakage is high. Now it's clear why they automatically hide the insurance charge in your cart, which was the first red flag. I asked for a replacement, showing them pictures of how they were packaged and that the box they were shipped in had no damage to it but they blamed USPS and refused to send a replacement. $30 down the drain. The company is just incompetent, can't correctly ship items and bad costumer service. They clearly only care about getting their money and not providing a good service. I will not be buying from them again.

I have asked them over and over was there seamoss pool grown they have said multiple times that it wasn't. Well when I just opened up my package the sea moss is damp and is saltyed down. They refuse to respond and refund me my money back. I shouldn't know for that price being what it is for it. I will never shop here again. And I look forward to my refund.

Purchased product on May 20,2023 paid 110.84. Tried email no respond. There is no activity on the merchandise. No tracking number. This is NOT expected when purchasing item that cost.

I purchased the Seamoss Elderberry and Soursop gel and it was delicious. I also purchased the gummies to give to my 3 year old god daughter. I love this product. Seamoss has a lot of health benefits and I am so happy to have found a company that has a product worth my time and money.

I love it. Ever since I started taking sea moss I have felt a change in my energy as well as mood. It was delivered on time and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Taste great. The product is working as I expected it to. I've noticed a slight boost in energy. I will try their other products offerings.

It's good, the product I ordered is good, but the shipment took a long time to arrive and I had to be on the lookout and demand delivery to my home.

I ordered the Sea Moss as gummies since I had a tough time ingesting it other than my smooties (which I didn't do everyday) NOW I can enjoy taking it daily with my gummies - Next up will be the facial mask that I try.
