An intuitive website. I mean the navigation, there are several section where you can either check samples and templates, or just build CV/Cover Letter/Resume on your own.
I don't use it very frequently, I just used it once, to be sincere, but it seems to be a good option if you want to make potentialy employers stunned. Remember that not only information given in Resume is useful for employers, some pay attention even to the design. That is why it's better to choose templates properly.

I think that you should have been more upfront about the pricing before I made the resume. I would have been more likely to feel positive about purchasing and signing up for an annual subscription had I had the information upfront and had the time to think about it as I built the resume. Now I feel that this is a bit dishonest.
