This is the best cup of tea. I like green and black teas, I just tried Pu-erh, and this one is just the best. Brews a nice red-amber, bright flavor, very consistent. Great with a little orange peel thrown in. I use a strainer and a coffee filter over a one liter pyrex measuring cup, let it steep only a few seconds or not at all. You will get bitter notes quickly so do not steep more than 30 seconds. Delightful with a little bit of honey
