The reason I need beet root powder is to take it to reduce my blood pressure, so that I can stop taking prescription meds for it. In the last two weeks, I have already seen a 9% drop in my systolic blood pressure, all other things being the same. In time, after the numbers continue to respond to my using the beets, I will be able to stop taking the meds. Thank you!
