This herb arrived in good shape and is good quality.

Obviously, this isn't going to taste as good as the sugar-pumped Metamucil tub. However, this is so much more bang for your buck and so much healthier. It tastes earthy and is really easy on the stomach. I take 1 tbsp before each meal, and it solved all my GI issues. This has been my go-to fiber supplement for quite some time now, just be sure to drink a lot of water and homogenize it completely. I just ordered 5 more pounds, and can't wait for it to come.

My doctor recently recommended I start taking this to help me stay more regular, & less constipated. I am currently using Organic India's Whole Husk Psyllium vs the Powder, so I'm hoping the powder dissolves better with water than the whole husks & is easier to digest. I bought this Organic India Psyllium Husks a few years ago from Amazon, & their current price has quadrupled from what I last paid, even though it is a high-quality product. I originally ordered & bought this Organic India product for our then rag doll cat (who has since passed away). It really helped with our cat's digestion & constipation issues, so I know this stuff works!
