I use this for making supplements
I have taken Maca Root for about 15 years. I take it for balancing hormones. Because I have taken it for so long, I did not experience the dreadful menopause my friends complained about experiencing. I told them to take Maca, but they did not listen. Worth the investment of time to make the capsules and less expensive for me!
