Let's be honest, no one uses valerian root for its smell or taste, but I WILL say that this herb's quality is top notch. It has a very strong aroma, and I used some for a tea to help me relax last night; i dozed off within 20 minutes of finishing my cup! I woke feeling refreshed and content.
I also started a tincture that I am very excited to try in a few weeks.

Again.Excellent quality and strength. *In my opinion and experience* I have purchased this and several times. I'm using it as a calmer for my fractious mare.
I have used many products and works the best by far for daily use, after the load dose given to reach the desired effects. She is still alert and ready to preform and general, sweeter to be around.
