I wanna make a snazzy lunge support tea and I've heard great things about this plant. I'm very excited for my order too arrive so I can try it. Update it arrived have been putting it in my tea tastes pretty good. I can't tell if it's helping my lungs yet but definitely isn't hurting and I definitely won't be running out soon. 5/5 would recommend no complaints here
