Sneeze No More!
I eat a tablespoon of this for breakfast and all my sinus or sniffles disappear for at least 8 hours…during spring fever season. If I need more I take more later in the day. Extreme Value & freshness.

Just take a teaspoon chase it with anything to drink and enjoy the rest of the day without sneezing or any runny nose. I love nettle forever now.
