Great product
Easy to use
Great product delivered quickly
This pill machine works as promised and was delivered in just a few days!
Poor quality
The pill maker did not perform well. I had many crushed pills when combining the top and bottom halves together. After the first use, the residual powder made it difficult to place the new bottom halves in the tray to fill. I actually purchased a new capsule machine that makes 100 pills at a time for the same price and it worked much better.
The 0 size faulty?
I have both 0 & 00 machines, the 0 has never worked right. Different caps, brands, etc tried and all it does is destroy/crush the capsule. I have no recourse. The 00 works great, occasionally a hiccup, but over all great. I just wish this 0 one worked as it effects my business & mood. I hate wasting money & time. Lost a whole tray multiple times, like the holes are not made proper sizes, all caps fit or don't differently- definitely a manufacturer flaw.

The capsules get stuck and some dont snap together. I had to figure out a way to get as many pills to snap together as possible. Appreciate the intention for easy capsule making, seems the design of the machine needs work.
