Zesty anti- inflammatory
So happy to have available ginger in powder form so it can be kept around. I have allergy, histamine sensitivity, and ginger is my natural anti-histamine.

Contains dirt or/and sand, won't buy again
When I clean any ginger at home, it is hard to remove dirt on crotch areas. I need a tooth brush size tool to clean. So the mas production process won't be able to remove the dirt. After biting sand, the bag has been remaining full without use in my kitchen.
