Stinging Nettle taste Earthy
I tried this for the first time and it taste really earthy but bareable. I think I used a little too much starting out like a 2 teaspoon fulls and got a stomach ache, it wasn't terribly bad but I had to use the restroom. I'd say start off using a little bit to find your tolerance.
