Very very fresh!
Made the best hibiscus tea for our 4th of July party this year! Blended with dried elderflower and lemon grass, with a splash of lemonade to pull it all together!

I'm disappointed in how the petals respond during an infusion blend. They don't seem vibrant like the last 1# bag I purchased (from a different company). I have to use at least 1/2 more than before.
