Low Quality
This appears to be lower quality than I would have liked. The powder is green and smells/tastes almost like matcha. It does not incorporate well and is extremely grainy. Even if you try to infuse with water and strain, it is almost impossible to strain out the grainy bits leftover. NOT ideal for making marshmallows, you would be better off buying the root instead of the powder. If I could return it I would
