Smooth
Ginkgo can get stale and have a strong harsh taste, that's why I'm a Monterey Bay (always) returning customer. They ship fresh, smooth Ginkgo.

I am just now trying ginko in my antidepression tea.
The flavor is pleasant and I think it may have a noticeable difference in my mental clarity.
