Packaging could be better.
Bought some from Frontier Co-op on Amazon, Azure Standard, and Herb Co for the making of Esiac Tea for all around the same price. Azure Standard's was the most finely chopped and came in a resealable Mylar bag. As a result, it had the most aroma and seemed the freshest. The one from Amazon was packed similarly but looked and smelled like someone had drooled some chewing tobacco on it. The contents were also not quite as fresh. The one from Herb Co came in a simple disposable plastic bag and, sorry to say, seemed to be the least fresh. At least as far as I could smell.
