Burdock root was extremely bitter.
I believe 3 lb bag of burdock root was bad. My tea recipe calls for 3 lb. it was so bitter. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until i mix with 7 other herbs. I had to throw over $100 of tea mixture away. Called customer service, and was told nothing can be done. I did just re order all 8 herbs..
