I had never seen actual myrrh before ordering this for Christmas gifts I am making. This and the Frankincense have been a huge hit. I have already made a mouthwash out of the two combined and added clove. Very refreshing.

Won't burn
The clear resin pieces won't burn at all. They just char without giving off any smoke. This is old and has lost its essence.

One if the gifts of the magi...elegant & spicy smell...BUT they don't completely burn yet leaving white ash...they burn to a blackened biscuit an indication they need to dry longer...time in the sun and air will remedy this...
