For tea, my 1st time shopping here, make sure to get ur 1st time discount. I was trying to get away from the chemical toxins in many tea bag brands, so i ordered loose. The shipping was excellent. But this particular tea is FULL of neurologically damaging micro PLASTICS. It can seriously damage ur digestive tract if taken over lange period of time. It came in a 1/4 lb 113.5 gr) plastic bag, good size but mostly shake, very few flowers. I wont buy this 1 again but will cont to shop here as other products are great
