My husband and I use chamomile (we add lavender, rose petals and tulsi to the mix) to get into a calm state of mind in the evening for better sleep. I also use it as a steam bath for my face, before I apply a facial mask. My horse has a tendency to tighten his hind gut when he is nervous and the chamomile soothes and calms him.
